Love it. Good customer service. Everything I need available. Wish deli area had more help and a Ticket Service for Food to go/ Subs
Plenty of parking store clean and well lighted. Cashiers friendly and efficient.

Negative side:I do not like self scan. Somebody is out of a job.. and I don't receive any discount by scan and bag neither.. so that's the only negative Self scan. Yuk

My husband and I are driving south, me on crutches with a broken "fibula" and we stopped at Publix to use the restroom and buy some sushi. As I was waiting for my husband, no less than 4 people (2 of them Publix employees) stopped me to ask me if they could be of help. This Publix and it's shoppers rock ‼ Titusville you have some compassionate people living among you💚

Best employees ever. I was there the other day and was having a problem with my benefits. Card and the cashier pulled out her purse and paid off the rest of my bill. I told her no I would put it back and she said nope. You deserve this blessing

Dawn at self checkout made my shopping experience such an enjoyable one . She greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. After continuing my shopping with my mother, we decided we would go to self checkout. Dawn kept coming over to see if we were doing alright, and between her friendly smile and positive attitude, we left Publix feeling happy. Dawn definitely deserves a pat on the back for her work ethics.

As always, store is clean, well stocked and staff is pleasant! I've only ever had 1 issue with a rude employee - only saw her for the 1 encounter and have never seen her since. Keep up the great work, Publix! Great customer service goes a long way, especially these days!

This store knows customer service! I don't know where they get their employees or who is doing the training but every single time I go in there, I am reminded what good customer service looks like. Last week I had a full cart and so I chose the cashier line instead of self-checkout. There were 2 people ahead of me and within a couple of minutes, the manager invited me to step to the next line as they opened another cashier line. Today, one of the employees noticed I was having trouble scanning an item and even before I could ask someone for help, he walked over and asked if I needed some help. These people are paying attention. They seem to be looking for ways to help their customers. Always friendly. Never a sigh or an eyeroll. This is a rare find these days. Thank you and keep up the good work! I see you and I appreciate you.

Every now and then we run across truly exceptional customer service.
I tend to be on the frugal side. :). Shopping for steaks is a bit of a shock.
I mentioned that to Kyle in the meat section of Publix. He said "just buy a rib roast and cut it into steaks".
I said that's a great idea but I don't have the tools. He said " I do. How thick?"
I got six absolutely amazing steaks and Publix sold a $60 rib roast.

Why do I drive past Winn Dixie to come here? People like Kyle.

Produce always fresh and they often have new things to try. (Pineberrys, Honey Mangos) clean store, friendly staff, fast check out. Wish you had self checkout that took.cash though!

Love Publix! Always friendly people, clean stores, great BOGOS, and delicious subs (garlic pickles rock!). If I can't find it in the store, they are always willing to order it for me.

Beautiful store. First time in this location as I'm living closer to it than the store in 50. Clean as always, friendly associates, and well, as they say, shopping here is a pleasure!

Best Public ever had to drive from Ohio just to get the best subs ever made can't get a sub anywhere better than Publix

Convenient shopping center. 321 Transit's popular Route 2 Titusville has a stop in front by the sidewalk. Publix, GNC, Dollar Tree, Valentino's, Kronic Smoke Shop and more!

Such a clean and organized store. Employees are always kind and helpful. I think the only thing I could complain about is the line to get help at the deli is quite long. Everyone wants those Publix subs!

This Publix was well stocked and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They also have a great wine selection.

I buy sushi 🍣 here very good.. that is all I buy at Publix the food is way overpriced. I shop for at Aldi's..

Shout out to whoever was making online sub orders between 10:30 -11:30 yesterday!!! You did Awesome!! My order was perfect, and the subs were delicious and put together perfectly!!
