Playalinda Brewing Company - Brix Project

A big group of us met for food and drinks a few weeks ago. The waitress was great and helpful despite the fact that people were coming and going. I loved their huge menu and had delicious food and drinks. I recommend doing a flight to find what you like! They had some problems with the credit card system as we were getting ready to leave but we didn't mind since we were having fun. It just took a little while to process our checks. A nice place to hang out!

While in the area for work, my coworkers and I stopped in for dinner. It was really busy and for good reason. Our server was wonderful and was very helpful. Drinks were good. I ordered cheese curds that were amazing, and the fired chicken smoked gouda mac & cheese that was as well. Highly recommend.

Easily accessible from the Main Road Washington. Plenty of free parking including for Handicap accessible Vehicles. It was clean and well staffed by friendly employees. They have restrooms which were also clean.

The Beer list is extensive and the have both Draft and Cans.

They have a Very Nice Food menu with something for everyone. The prices were fair and the portions were ample and prepared as ordered.

Like different Beers give them a try.

Besides that a few beers and some food wasn’t available, Ciera, our server, made our stay definitely worth while!

Ciera even brought me some more whipped cream for the Key Lime Slice, which I put on top of the beer. Very interesting taste! I took a few growlers of it home. 😁

Absolutely fantastic experience at Playalinda Brewing! From the food to the cocktails and especially the beer, everything was a hit! Delicious appetizers included perfectly battered and fried pickle chips, pretzel with mustard and garlicky cheese dip, and crispy teriyaki cauliflower. Tried the cosmic cosmo and the smoky, sweet, and spicy flavors were perfectly balanced (would highly recommend for mezcal lovers). We had a wide variety of beer too, with the pumpkin pie and key lime pie beers being standouts for sure! Service was prompt and friendly, chill vibe. Will be back when over on the east coast :)

A wonderful brewery that turns out to have a pretty good restaurant in the same building. We had stopped here a while back for beers and we remembered the over-the-top presentations on a couple of them. When we visited this time, the Key Lime Slice Ale was the example of that available. It had a layer of whipped meringue at the top of the glass and was good too. My favorite was the Mariner's Way Pale Ale. There were a couple dozen beers on tap so we tried a couple flights to begin with. That was a good idea because some beers were hidden gems. We also had lunch at Playalinda and it was very good. We had a large party that included kids and the adult meals and kids meals alike were enjoyed by all.

Fun, lively place with tasty food (try the teriyaki cauliflower) and some really good beer (try the key lime ale). Beers cover a wide range of styles, and they seem to do all really well.

Being from Colorado I find myself to be a bit of a craft beer snob sometimes, and since moving to Florida this is one of the top breweries that I have found! They have an excellent selection of beers that span a wide variety of styles, and their Key Lime Slice beer is one of my all time favorites. The food has also always been good, although I’m usually only here for after work happy hours. Highly recommend this spot for those looking for good craft beer and tasty snacks!

3.7.2024 The Irish Egg Rolls are unique and very delicious, went well with Playa IPA. Oh, had the Buffalo Cauliflower Bites and yes, even bett!

9.25.2022 Brunch - A 💯 % experience. Haven’t been this dazzled or had such exceeded expectations anywhere and that may be saying a lot. Service was excellent, ambience is what you expect, coffee was very good. Our Flatbread and Fried Chicken w/Gravy were awesome. The Home Fries a so delicious and, can I say this….tender. We stayed away from the super looking Bottomless Mimosa’s!

2.4.2022 A busy night at the Brix Project. Sat at the bar and the teamwork was fun to watch. Bobby was super attentative and friendly. I had the Pleasure Chest IPA, a real nice front and back end brew. Nibbled on Brussel Sprouts, Buffalo Cauliflower and Teriyaki Cauliflower! The cauliflower hit the spot, perfectly sauced, rightly cooked, and a nice portion. Both of us were quite satisfied.

Monster Night at the Brix. The Brix Burger, well you gotta have one of these. Service was outstanding, decor is well....so....Breckenridge! Yay Titusville! Will definitely be back.

We spent the morning hiking so it was so nice to sit and relax with some good food and beer. We ordered a Caesar salad, which was very good, and two of the flatbreads. Delicious! The beer was really interesting and varied. We were impressed with everything we ordered in our flight. The staff was also friendly and accommodating. We would definitely come back here.

This place come highly recommended. It lived up to its reputation! We had a decent wait but well worth it. Outside dinning was first available and was very nice. The food was all great except we didn't care for The Big Dill. We are pickle fans too! They said it was a popular item on the menu and I'm sure that's accurate but just didn't suite our taste. However everything else exceeded our expectations! The deviled eggs is worth walking to the restaurant for. Keep in mind parking is limited.... But well worth the stop.

I'm not sure who our server was but he was awesome and on top of everything. The food was superb. We googled breweries and this place popped up. I love they have a lot of their made drinks there. Im so glad that we ended up here. They had a lot of great choices for the Littles, which is a plus when you're a parent. Thanks again!

The ingredients are too good to mention without having one in front of me.
They specialize in lighter beers.
The staff is cool and very knowledgeable.

This place has an awesome atmosphere, a great menu that offers a lot of options including seasonal items and specials. There are lots of beers on draft and very unique cocktails. I've been here many times and the food is always good. Service is good most of the time. They have some really cool merch in their little store as well. They'll also let you sample the beer flavors without having to order a full drink to find out if you like it or not. I really like that they are offering soup flights on Tuesdays now and their beer cheese soup is some of the best. I'm looking forward to trying their brunch because the menu looks so appetizing.

Went in June and had the best local steak and eggs breakfast that captured high quality food with great portions at a reasonable price! Mimosa flight and other drinks were amazing as well. The French toast breakfast was the delightful as well.
Update: went back in November and food was amazing as always. Mocktails were delicious as well

This place is very well detailed and fabulously lit by Barn Light from Titusville. Our AIA Space Coast chapter took a tour of Barn Light and then we went to lunch at the Brix Project. They accommodated 12 of us, had responsive service, very friendly staff and the architecture made for a unique dining experience. A definite must see if you're on the space coast!

Stopped in for lunch. Service was good. Beer was good. Good burgers. The place seemed clean. Easy to park. Easy to get in and out. Really. What more can you ask from a restaurant?

Great local brewpub with a wide selection of beers and food options. Definitely check out the Key Lime Slice beer with its whipped cream topping (Warning! It is very limey, so consider only the taster pour if sour isn't your thing). The french fries are excellent, both crispy and well-seasoned.

Crowlers and canned beers are also available for to-go purchase.

The beer is delicious and so is the food. This time around we had the fried pickles and pretzel for appetizers. I ended up getting the steak which comes with mashed potatoes and green beans. Probably the best steak in town! The service was great too; very attentive!

Went for Ramen Noodle Tuesday and was highly impressed. The atmosphere here is on point. Cute hanging lights and open seating. Their dog friendly so you can eat with your pooch in the outside seating area. Lots of beer, wine and cocktails to choose from. The Ramen was creative and delicious. Definitely going back. Well done.
