Quality Inn Kennedy Space Center

We stay here every year for 2 days and it's clean has a fridge a microwave beds and pillows are comfortable the bathrooms could use remodeling the breakfast is great we love the waffles and bagels

I'm surprised at the bad reviews for this hotel. A staff member told me some rooms are much worse than others, so definitely ask to switch if you get a bad one.
I was allowed early check in (but not too early or there may be a fee) and I had great interactions with most of the staff.
The small pool is gorgeous with it's rock structure and waterfall. It makes the hotel feel more upscale.
Don't be freaked out by the windows- they have this cool one-way mirror film on them so you can see out, but no one can see in (see pic).
I had good luck keeping my car here without problem for a 3 day cruise, but do at your own risk.
Overall, I will definitely stay here if I'm in the area again.

After having a horrible experience with a hotel next door, Quality Inn and James at the front desk were a happy sight. While the hotel is not new, they have taken care of it. The property is manicured and tidy. My room was clean and the beds were fantastic. The pool is wonderful. And the price was great. I would stay here again.

Spent one night here on the way to Kennedy space center. It’s a Quality Inn; so with that expectation set, I will say this property was the perfect overnight stop. Yes the rooms are not perfect. But they are clean and more than reasonably nice. Staff was excellent, especially our night clerk Steve. We had an issue with the hair dryer and he located a new unit and brought it to the room. (We had to call the hotel from our cell phone because the room phone was broken). Beds were comfortable and clean though and bathroom/shower were clean with steady supply of very hot water. Comp breakfast in the lobby was well stocked for this price bracket, bagels, waffles, instant oatmeal and cereal, coffee and juices and such. Would recommend staying here for families traveling to KSC. (Makes the morning trip much shorter compared to the haul from anywhere in Orlando)

Rooms are dated, but clean. The staff was friendly. It was safe and quiet.

Good, clean hotel rooms. A bit dated but worth the $ especially with the location. Pretty secure lot which was important as we had a car top carrier with a lot of luggage in it. Had a nice pool and a good waffle type brkfst. Best thing is I needed to quickly get a document printed. It was 32 pgs.!!! They said no problem... and printed it out ASAP for free! Great customer service!!!

Good service good places to go two unwind and visit family their Wi-Fi kind of go a little in and out!! I love it there ice machines work

All the staff we encountered during our stay were so helping and polite. The room was better than I expected wish we had time to check out the pool. The only problem was you could hear the door squeak from the room next door.(nothing major) Another perk is IHOP and Popeyes are within walking distance.

The gentleman at the front desk was very sweet and welcoming. The room was nice and you could smell the cleanliness when you open the door. The head housekeeper is freaking amazing.My husband and I travel a lot and we have never seen a manager actually cleaning with the housekeepers.We come to the area often and in the past few months we have been visiting that lady has been cleaning rooms and the only one we’ve ever seen do that. Kudos to her. I look forward to our next stay in November.

My aunt booked our hotel as we were traveling all day and we were excited to relax and then take a dip in the pool. It was disappointing that it was not opened but Thomas at the front desk was great! He was very understanding. We were trying to decide if we wanted to change our plans or just stay and he was very patient with us. The room was clean for the most part. The only thing was that the wall in the bathtub had a big crack in it but we were still able to shower with no issues. The next morning we woke up and before heading out for the day decided we may stay another night. We spoke to Dominique the manager at the front desk and she heard of what happened the night prior and gave us another night at a great price. All and all the experience was great. We are grateful for all of the help from Thomas & Dominique. Have a blessed day!

Older place but seems well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Nice, clean, quiet, felt safe. Especially nice pool outside, food and everything close. Ate at Big Tunas just up the street really good salmon and Mahi tacos. Rachel our waitress just lovely.

I travel for work and am fortunate enough to choose where I get to stay during the week. The first time I stayed out in the area I found this hotel and was a little hesitant because you could tell it was older and outside access. The moment I checked in all those doubts went away and I’ve come back ever since (three years)
The staff is so amazing and couldn’t be more polite, helpful and genuinely nice. The rooms are always clean. The pool is beautiful and the property is kept up. Sometimes I get in late after dark or leave around 3am and I’ve never felt unsafe.

It’s not a five star luxury hotel if that’s what you are looking for but they definitely deserve all five stars of this review. I appreciate all y’all’s hard work!!

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and eager to help and answer any questions we had. The lobby & everything in it was nice, tidy & welcoming. Our room was clean & very presentable. I LOVED the shower! It had a strong pressure, stayed hot for a long time & was just downright relaxing after a long day of driving. The beds had plenty of pillows so I could get comfortable plus it was very plush & nice to sleep in. Breakfast consisted of an array of delicious foods, healthy & unhealthy but it was all delicious. Thank you for making our stay an enjoyable one. Keep up the good work everyone!

Was very impressed with the service, the breakfast station, and cleanliness of our stay. The front desk was so kind especially Suzanne and Emily. Our room was so clean and Carmen was so awesome with taking care of our room. If I have one complaint it would be with the bath area and our shower did have a crack in she'll. I told Emily and she said they would take care of it.

Very nice hotel. Clean ! Everyone working here were great. Includes hot breakfast, good variety of options. I have to compliment Jim at the front desk! Watching him work the front desk and also the breakfast area one day doing all by himself was impressive ! Don't loose this man, he Is an asset to your business !
Our only complaint is, I wish they would NOT allow smoking in the pool area like other hotels we've been to. We will find out next year when we go back.

My mom and i were traveling together for a specific trip, we only stayed 1 night. It was fabulous. Room was amazing. Beds were very comfy. Clean, and believe me i checked, everyone was super nice. Room was secure and its conveniently placed near an IHOP and Cracker Barrel. Yummy.
Outside..looks a bit dated..inside a completely different. Had a wonderful stay.🤓💜
