Our salesman Peter was great! Very knowledgeable. He even used his own experience at college with his computer to help my son make his decision on what to purchase. I would recommend the salesperson anyone looking for a computer especially if you're not sure what you need or what the store has to offer as far as price. Great experience. We will be back!

Great place to buy electronics and media. The extra warranty covers OLED burn in which is important. Sadly the physical media section is going away, but the customer service is always great.

Ordered something for "in-store pick up". Ordering was simple, and the item was ready when promised. Pick up wad so efficient, and an employee greeted me; asked if I needed help; and wished me Happy Thanksgiving. Couldn't ask for better.

Very nice customer service the lady who helped us out gave great experience. I traded in two old ipads and one was still registered to an icloud account don't have access anymore. Patient and helpful to get that sorted out. We bought a klipsch stereo. Sound is beautiful. I feel terrible I don't remember her name but every time I've bought something from this store it is a good time.

I like still a brick and moter store. You get to talk about the product with a sales associate. You get to touch and look at the quality. I talked with one associate and they gave me some great ideas and advice

I didn't get her name, sorry, the young lady upfront was awesome in helping us figure out the power converter to buy!!! She looked them up automatically on her phone without me having to ask. Took a laptop in to get it repaired. Geek Squad told me what kind of battety was needed, and they would replace it for a relatively small amount of money.

Geek squad and employee back in computers did everything possible to help us find a solution for our need. I would say everyone went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had what she need to go back to college. Very impressed!

While buying online has it's perks, Best Buy has a nice selection of the things I want.
Helpful salesman. Lots of products on display. 14 day return policy on nearly everything. One of my favorite places to shop.

The Best Buy team members where so very helpful, friendly, and professional. Masks, cleaning, and social distancing are followed very tightly. I saw a few team members wiping down various items that people touch.
