Top Cat Sales

We had an issue with a common misspelling of our last name on my daughters school soccer sweatshirt and I emailed top cat. They promptly called and emailed back and said that they would get a new sweatshirt with the correct spelling mailed to me asap amd to just keep the other one. The new correctly spelled sweatshirt came 3 days later. Top cat sales was very prompt getting back to me and have excellent customer service.
I will purchase from them again in the future.

Horrible customer service!! I called to check on an order and there was no possible way to talk to someone. The recorded menu only allowed for you to dial many extensions, but not one person (yes, I tried each one) answered their phone. And several of them had full mailboxes so no message could be left. No way to talk to anyone, even an operator. I did this 3 times in one day! Never one answer. I wonder where everyone was as each phone rang, one after another. I’m seriously contemplating driving over there to see if anyone actually works! I should have read the one star reviews ahead of time.

Once I got an email through, and was handed off to someone else, I was told the order would be delivered Friday. Nope. When I tried calling this person’s extension, I couldn’t leave a message because his mailbox was STILL full. From last week!

How do you run a company like this? Wish I could give zero stars.

Horrible experience with this business. My daughter’s team was placing team orders with Top Cat. We were not provided samples for sizing so I called the business and asked if I could bring her in to try on a shirt to help with sizing. He advised “we are not that kind of store”. I explained it didn’t have to be anything formal just need to try a shirt on over a tank top and we could do it in the parking lot if need be. He refused. We were required to buy a team jacket, 2 shirts, a skort and a pair of shorts for team events. I also purchased an extra shirt. (Approx $375 total). Waited a long time and items finally arrived. The shorts are see through, the shirts run so small that neither one fit and the letters on the jacket were peeling off after 1-2 wears. (For the entire team not just my kid). I will use my last breath warning people NOT to purchase from this business ever! I cannot believe this place is still in business. So many options out there to purchase this stuff from do NOT use Top Cat

I just received an order I placed on June 19th. I contacted the customer service department and failed to receive customer service. I had to reach out to the person who promoted this company in order to get someone to contact me back with a status of my order. The person who finally assisted me stated they were not with the company but had direct contact with them. Again, I’ve finally received my order today. The quality is good but due to the HORRIBLE customer service I will NEVER support this company again! Very unfortunate...

This was my first experience here. I had a horrible time. We went to the top floor wirh a wedding party of 14. We stood at the bar to get a drink and the bouncer kept rudly telling us we were in the way. We had plenty of room for the staff to get past us so when we finally got tired of him telling us to move we left. Before we got out the bar tender downstaird offfered me a free diet coke. Do nice. I didnt mention that im a general manager of a restaurant. I dont know how this place can turn customers down. I can't afford that. We went across the street and got served immediately. Spent over 200 dollars in 5 minutes

No communication. We’ve sent many messages over 6+ plus weeks with no response. Would not recommend.

We spent a fortune on a baseball uniform and when the jerseys came they had the wrong number on them!
