Great company, they beat out everyone of my quotes I got from 4 different towing companies. He showed up after driving all day long and helped me load up my car that my dad had helped me to maintain before he had passed away. He has always helped my family out and kept a great working relationship with my dad and came everytime he called. Took great care to make sure that my car did not get any scratches, dings, dents or plastic broken when loading on and off of his trailer and even pointed out that he did not want to damage something that means a lot to me. Great guy all around. I will be recommending him and his business to all that I know!

Todd was there for me in my hour of need. I hit a deer on the freeway. I'm pretty sure my car is totalled. The tow truck came promptly, and then took me to a safe spot and waited with me until my wife could pick me up and all the groceries I had just bought before the accident. He was very professional, very caring, kind, and helpful. I would highly recommend Auto Ranch.

Needed a rather obscure ignition part at 5:30 pm on a Saturday. Called, and they were closed but there and agreed to stay while I made the 45 minute drive. Then we drove around in the dark until we git the right part on the third try. Super friendly, unbelievably helpful, absolutely awesome.

Called late in the day to get my driveway plowed, they got me in within hours on a very busy day. Fair prices. Very kind people who did a great job with my driveway. We will be using their services again.

I got a flat on US31 southbound and Todd helped me tow my Tesla to a Firestone in Muskegon. They were so friendly and professional. The whole process went very smoothly. Their positive attitude helped calm my nerves since I get anxious very easily. This was the first time this car got towed so I didn’t know how it would go. Todd even told me about my car’s tow mode and how to get it to work if it ever needs to get towed again. 100% recommend this business.

If I could I'd give 10 stars. Its always refreshing to work with a honest professional. Todd came to rescue my wife and I after we got stuck in some sand on a back road. Besides helping us for an extremely fair price, we chatted and had a great conversation. He waited around to make sure we got out safe and sound. Once we got out he called to confirm we hit pavement and are all set as well to give us a heads up to keep our eyes out for some upcoming cool views.

By far the best experience I've ever had with a towing company.

They should be the first and only call you should make for any towing or autopart need.

My work van broke down 1.5 hours from home, called Todd and he was there in no time. Excellent service, no hassles. Price is on par with anyone else. Would recommend to anybody!

I had gotten my car stuck in my driveway earlier this morning, in the midst of having someone help me rock and push it out we had no use, I look down the road and I see Todd headed down, now I never called for any services or anything, I never waved him over or nothin, purely outta the goodness in this man’s heart he flipped his lights on and came over and helped me push her out, I was so greatful(should have seen the driveway it was damn near cleared out from how my tires were spinnin!!) didn’t charge me a dime nor would he even let me just give him something, 10 stars!!

Quick service at a good price. They were able to get me in and taken care of much quicker than other shops I called. Very nice people too.

Just had my vehicle towed by them today. Very friendly, arrived when they said they would. Great customer service. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I were heading out of town for a day away and our car broke down as soon as we arrived. Todd was quick pick us up and bring us back home. Not the way we planned the day but was so thankful for the Auto Ranch’s quick and friendly service!

My engine overheated in the evening while I was driving on the highway. I pulled over and found that not only was the engine over heating but it leaked a bunch of fluid. Auto Ranch Towing was recommended by another towing service who was not available to help. Todd was quick to find me, load up my vehicle and give my vehicle and I a ride to the dealership. I felt safe. This was an easy transaction. I would recommend.

After having no luck getting any other local plow service to come out, or even return my messages, someone recommended Auto Ranch Towing to me. I called and Todd was at my place in less than an hour. He did an awesome job and then told me “just give me whatever you think is fair”. And when I did, he gave me some of it back! So good to find good people doing great work at a great price. Highly recommend!

We was on our Memorial Day Vacation 2023 (about 130 miles from our home) and our line connection hose to the power steering reservoir broke off. At 9:45pm we called Auto Ranch Towing and Salvage, and even tho they was closed, an employee met us their to get our part we needed!!! These people are so awesome, I would give them a million stars!!! Thank You so very much for the best service we could ask for!!!

Our Balljoint in our car had popped out and we were stuck in the intersection. Auto Ranch’s towing came and grabbed us! Was quick and easy and didn’t leave any scratches or dents. Super super friendly and knowledgeable of what he’s doing. absolutely recommend!!

Todd is a great guy. Very nice and let my sons help put the car on the tow truck. They enjoyed it very much. Was here quickly did try to get my car to start first but it didn't. Thanks for the help today Todd.

Todd was very honest and great. I was visiting from out of town stuck in the woods on a 2 track. and he found the most affordable and logical way to get my truck out of here. There are some business owners out there that are still driven be honesty and integrity and Todd is defiantly one of them.
As a bonus his grand kids played hockey in the same league as my buddy's kids. I would rather give my money to a family owned business any day.

Can't say enough good thing about there service. We got stuck on a trail ride during the early evening and they still came out after hours and did a great job helping us out of our situation. Nice guys. Never made us feel ashamed of our poor judgement that got us stuck. Once again i can't say enough nice things about their service or attitudes. Well Done!
