I have been using this storage place for years and never had any problems! Good people!!

Great place for storage units

Varied capacity, seldom vacancy,
large spaces incovent approaches.

Due to unmaintained roof my unit flooded and I requested the roof be repaired on three different occasions. It was not repaired. The unit leaked from the roof another two times over the next week and a half causing water to flood down on my stored items twice more. I took pictures of the roof beams where the water was running down all three times but still no repairs. I also took pictures of all of my items stored there. I could not get any definate help with this matter from the son so I went to the parents home. The mother - Mrs. Lawson came out then the son - Tim Lawson walked over. Mrs. Lawson told me to go get an insurance policy on my items and wait until it rained again and then report it to the insurance company as a new claim just happening after that rain. I told her that was illegal and that I would not do it. Mrs Lawson then stated " that's what everybody does and it helps you and us too ". I replied that was insurance fraud and I would not do it. I was then asked to move my car out of their driveway. Mr Tim Lawson got in my face and said " I will take care of you later ".
I am a disabled senior and I feared for my safety. I left and went home.
Mr. Tim Lawson sent me numerous text and wanted me to meet him and his Dad out at the rental unit after 9:30 pm. Since the electric had been turned off previously because of non payment of the electric bill as per Mr. Tim Lawson's own admission I was afraid there were no lights or cameras working and along with his previous threat to me I refused to meet them. Later I received more threatening text from Mr. Tim Lawson and he stated that he had locked me out of my unit and that I was not allowed on the premises, so I have no access to my property stored there to clean up the water soaked items to try to save them. I have continued to send my monthly rental payments of $210.00 on time every month but am denied to go on the property. This company is very prejudice against disabled persons and have no concern for the law with their insurance fraud suggestioms. Too bad their insurance company has no knowledge of their complete disregard for honest insurance practices and suggestions for their patrons to commit insurance fraud to benefit storage customers as well as Lawson Self Storage.
