I love the clothes in Versona store in Cherry Valley Mall. The manager is super friendly. She always smiles and mentioned the items the store has. The clothes are inexpensive and you cannot walk out with an clearance item. I can’t not leave out all the super cute Accessories!! I love the store and so does my teens daughters❤

This store has ever thing a woman needs in her closet. I go there every week and find new items. The staff is nice and friendly. I never leave this store spending less than $150. So many great deals and things to chose from. The Sales Manager - Kelsey is very knowledgeable about the lastest trends, fashion and styles. Visited there a few weeks it open. It was very clean and organized. I brought a cute dress that was originally $35 and I got it for $10!!! AWESOME! The Store Manger Kelsey is Amazing. I told my friends and family about the store.

I love their shirts, how comfortable they are. Their pants have just enough stretch to keep them comfortable and easy to move in. I've been there 3 times and have had great customer service! I will definitely go again.

I was so excited when I found out Versona was coming to Rockford. Absolutely love this store! Every time I go in the employees are so friendly and very helpful.

Beautiful clothes and amazing service!

I love this store! I love their items and their pricing. The store at the woodfield mall is a lot larger and has better options however this one does still have some good choices. When I went in the store I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I did however feel a little weird because it felt like I was being watched the whole time but it could have been because we were the only ones in the store and she was waiting to see if we needed help I don’t really know. Other than that all I really care about it the items in the store especially considering the small choices in stores at this mall offering what I like.

Went there to check the new store out. Terrible customer service. When I asked a question the girl completely ignored me! I had to wait such a long time to just check my items and leave. Nobody was around. Then once I bought the shirt I went home to wear it out the same night, it immediately tore! I spent a pretty penny for this shirt too. Shows you how cheap their clothes is made. I wouldn't recommend this store unless you want to be disappointed.

So my wife had recently came into this store today, they walked in and they didn't greet her at all. She found a shirt she was interested in purchasing and the lady at the counter said "wouldn't you like something a little bit larger than that?" And believe me my wife was upset, she told them no and they shrugged their shoulders. She came crying back home telling me this story. Terrible store thanks for making my wife upset

Terrible customer service, went to store with my sister once my sister left they were talking a lot smack when I asked to get something down they seamed kind of mad about it, very unprofessional other merchandise is very cute but would not go back because of the staff.
