My pants broke a button and they worked to help fix it and even looked up the closest store with my size to replace them
And even were polite to ask my pronouns

I've always loved this location at Cherryvale Mall. I went there a lot growing up and still do, but now my teens love it too

I love this store. Have been a valued customer for over 15 years. It's been an interesting ride this far. I would love it as well as others would love it if they carried more goth/grunge clothes. But it does have some very nice 👍 pieces of clothing to add to your collaboration of style. I also usually get all my earrings and accessories here and I can't forget about the body 👅 jewelry. As well the people that work here are always nice.

I forget the young man's name who helped me; Adam, I think? Either way, very professional, personable & customer oriented.
Adam & his coworkers definitely made for a brief but fun shopping experience.

Reminds me of my childhood but instead of bands and all things a lonely teen needs you have a plethora of animals merchandise that caters to smaller figured individuals. But ONLINE has a much better size range and selection. But I love it nonetheless❤

Has an online pick-up and the customer service was excellent. I have shopped in store many times and have never had a bad experience.

I have always loved going here for my favorite artists shirts. I also love the aesthetic since I love the grunge theme. All things to rock band t-shirts, to chains, and even some Disney themed stuff, like Mulan and Lilo and Stitch :))

Super great deals always going on! And the employees are super friendly. Went in looking for something specific and they were out of it but the 2 people working helped me brainstorm other places to look for it!

The lady working was awesome! She over heard my daughter saying an online price was different, so she came and found us to tell us she could price match. Great service!

We love Hot Topic! So thrilled there us a shop that carries cute, affordable Disney apparel in adult sizes! They always have a great selection in store or online.

So nostalgic everytime I walk in. It had the same smell it did in the early 2000s. Great staff and an amazing selection of shirts, pants, Funko Pops and so many awesome collectibles!

All the clothing runs super small and I am not super small, so it's hard to find clothing. This store though everybody is super nice and helpful, always greeting people and just a good environment.

They are great with their customers and the manager is awesome. I happened to go in on the day their system wasn't working properly....and they handled the whole thing like a boss. Kudos!

Clean store with lots of available sizes. I picked up a CFH Pantera shirt and some Overwatch figurines for my little one. It's a pretty busy store.
