This guy is a terrible landlord. Houses are falling apart, he wont fix anything, faulty air conditioners run your bill up, leaking windows, there was hair in the hinges of the bathroom door. All kinds of stuff left behind by last tenant and he expects you to clean it up. Terrible landlord but gets premium prices.

Rented from Tim Hoffman. Billed because moved out after lease was expired. In his greedy little boy mindset he feels he needs to bill people for moving out after lease claiming thet they broke it. Sent nasty extortion letter with bill for 2500 and several threats and slanderous statements to pay 2000 within 24 hours or else. Now he sent a me to collections for 3500 which makes no sense considering his first fictitious bill was for 2500 even billing me to remove things from house that were put in trash by myself This will he disputed and removed from my credit and I will he pursueing criminal charges for extortion .
