Been using Bryan and Riggins Associates for a few years now. Have been very please always accurate always competitive prices. My first year with him he looked at our taxes from year before we used him and was able to amend our taxes and get money back because of some errors made by HR Block. Great people great office staff. Thanks guys see you again next year.

Been going to Crosby/Riggins for taxes for years without a problem. For the second year in a row however, Aaron has been unresponsive, provides no information on eta or any communication for that matter. When asking the office for an update, their response was that they didn’t know where my documents were until discovering they’d been sitting for at least two weeks before being picked up to presumably continue to sit. He’s a nice guy, but is far too dismissive and unreliable. Cannot recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I cant describe how incredibly disappointed I am with this firm. They came highly recommended by a friend and so I was willing to give them a try. I dropped off my taxes in the beginning of April it is now July 7th and I have not heard from them. I called and left numerous messages with an office staff of ladies who were the rudest and unfriendly staff ive encountered in quite some time. I didn't receive any follow up calls or emails about my taxes. I called AGAIN today and finally spoke to one of the accountants who was so rude and full of excuses. And guess what....MY TAXES HAVENT BEEN FILED YET!!!!! Wow..just wow. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

By far the rudest company you will ever run into, do not do anything accounting related with them. I would recommend you take your business else where, they are 100% all about the money and not about helping you towards finding out how they can help you.
