I love my coffee table and end tables and the coat rack the finish and color are just amazing especially when the sun shines on the tables the grain of the wood stands out. I would definitely come back and buy furniture again. The guys that work here are very knowledgeable and I explained what I was looking for had examples for the type of wood and stain colors. I cannot say enough good things about O'Reilly's. They were super helpful and knowledgeable. Their product selection has something for just about everyone. Very good quality.....and all made in America. That alone makes me a very loyal customer. I am an interior designer of 36 years so I am very knowledgeable of good quality vs bad. Customer service is exceptional. It's soooo nice to have more personalized service rather than the impersonal ways of the world nowadays. I highly recommend you go to them for your furniture needs.

It is apparent that Mr. Mike O'Reilly and his staff love good quality furniture. He created from my specifications two China cabinets for me almost identical to cabinets that I sold before I moved to IL from Colorado. I am a fan of mission furniture, and his craftsmen were able to duplicate the exact cabinets. (Outstanding!) I have purchased other created items from him through O'Reilly's and I have received exemplary customer service. Good service over the 3 visits we made before buying 2 couches. Took fabric samples home, liked, placed order and had the furniture delivered in about 3 weeks.

The best furniture buying experience we've had. The salesman, Patrick Pierce, was very helpful and definitely NOT pushy. He made excellent suggestions and furniture, a couch and 2 recliners, was delivered when promised. That's never happened before with other furniture companies. The delivery men were very careful and set up was perfect. We would reommend O'Reilly's to everyone. We are very happy with them.

Purchased an electric, reclining chair from O’reillys just over one year ago. Something went wrong with the chair. Mike picked up the chair repaired and returned under warranty. Since the warranty was one year he could have said, sorry you’re out of warranty. This is why its best to do business locally. I appreciate his commitment to stand behind their products siding with the customer. Look forward to doing business with them again even though they are not a discount furniture store.

Very happy with our first purchase from O'Reilly's! Everyone was easy to work with, our couch was ready right when we were told it would be, and they were able to deliver the same day it arrived in their store. They even disposed of our old couch for us!

We looked at at least half a dozen furniture shops, and they were the only one selling the high quality we wanted. We already have plans for a few more future purchases.

Just got all my furniture, and the installers were great. Patient while there was chaos going on around them. They were also willing to o deliver out of state!

This store is incredible! When my dad needed a special lift chair, they helped us out and delivered it immediately! Now, we needed to move the chair out of the facility where my dad was, and they helped us out and moved the chair again for us! We cannot say thank you enough! You are the best!

I've read some of the reviews below and I could easily just write "Ditto!" But I'll add my comments as well: Best furniture store ever! We've used them for furniture over the last 7-9 years. Very high quality, and really great prices. We are thrilled with everything we've purchased there. Really exceptional furniture and excellent service. Mike gave some gentle and very helpful advice (when asked) on our most recent purchases, especially with fabrics and colors. Never pushed us into anything, and very knowledgeable on all aspects of the business and his particular stock. Mike has been a trooper and so kind during this pandemic and the delays. Always kind, always patient. Delivery guys are also very, very kind and efficient. Great experience! Don't look anywhere else! This is the place.

Great quality furniture, but expensive. However they have a great warranty, so it's worth it.

We had a hassle free experience. Great quality furniture and very informed about all the products they sell. We bought 2 sofa and ottoman for ourselves and sofa and chair for our daughter. We all know about the supply chain issues and they were very up front and honest about it. The staff was always on top of my phone calls for delivery updates.! Very accommodating with delivery schedule.I highly recommend O'Reillys!
