We went in to buy a freezer for our son and his girlfriend for Christmas and we ended up buying a stove and dishwasher for ourselves too.

We’ve bought a few appliances here over the years. They have a nice selection of large appliances, plus some smaller ones such as microwave ovens. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There have been times where an appliance is still under warranty but needed repairs and Rockweiler sends their technicians out pretty quickly,

We have loved working with Rockweiler over the last 8 years. They have helped us pick out affordable appliances when our refrigerator died unexpectedly a month after moving in to our first home. They helped us pick out a new microwave after ours died a month after moving the next time around. Both instances they could have tried to upsell, knowing we were desperate and not able to wait on a purchase or shop around, but instead they took the time to listen to our needs and help us get exactly what we wanted. Ordered a freezer over the phone to replace a broken one and they had it ready for pickup 30 minutes later. Loaded it for us and we were back in business! They even disposed of the old one for $10.

Great to work with. We had an unexpected oven failure the week before Thanksgiving and needed a replacement before our houseful of guests arrived. While we were at it, we also decided to replace our refrigerator. With Rockweiler’s being our goto for appliances over the years, we knew they would have what we were looking for. I was really surprised and thankful to find that Rockweiler had refrigerators in stock and ready to deliver to us in less than a week after calling around to other stores. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the fridge we were interested in and the service that comes with it. When we brought up one concern with the size of the ice maker, he was able to offer a solution and we walked out of the store in less than an hour happy with our purchase, knowing when the delivery was that week, and at a price that was reasonable! The delivery and installation when smoothly and not having to worry about disposal of the old fridge was a bonus! Thank you for your help!
