Kozi Pie Shoppe

Stopped in for brunch on our way from the west coast to the east. Very good breakfast with excellent service. But oh my, the pie’s were amazing, just like my grandmother used to make. Maybe even better. My wife said the key lime was the best she ever had and I fell in love with the pecan. Bought a cheesecake to go (pictured).

Checks all the boxes traditional breakfast but the pie has me smitten. Lemon curd handpie perfect crust followed up with Boston cream pie. Wonderful day! Back again whole apple pie I knew that crust was more solf and flaky than just butter I had to ask yep it was lard! Priceless

Liz and her kozi pie shoppe have created an outstanding, casual and comfy diner experience with “nothing special, just good food.” Her GF pancakes melt in your mouth, the service is kind and respectful, and the pie is just ridiculous.
I recommend a bang for your buck with the Morning Wrecker, and substitute a piece of pie. It’s fire

Come here most trips to town. Always “wow” every time I come here. The Mother’s Day buffet had desserts included was amazing. They also catered my wedding, all the guests were impressed. Highly recommend.

Liz the owner is a wonderful baker. Holy cow! Her experience shines through every dish she touches. A calm cozy place to enjoy a nice lunch, and a treat that is garunteed to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Kaylee is is a great server and and will make your day with her charm.and menu knowledge.

Liz & her team do a fantastic job with their food & pie offerings, and being plant-based, I really appreciate that she has vegan options that are made from scratch and absolutely delicious.

I think about their hashbrowns every single day. And the vegan pie I tried the other day was perfection (I need to go back & get a whole pie!). Would absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone! I’m so glad they’re in Decorah! 💗🙌

The pie is amazing..the breakfast is perfect... the pancakes are total perfection.

My daughter and I stopped in for breakfast and the omelets were spectacular and the hash browns were over the top great. The staff welcoming and very professional. Definitely going back when we are in town again.

I so enjoy every food item I have ordered. The extra nice thing is Liz uses local produce & healthy wholesome items. Thank you Liz for your delicious food & the very hard work you put in always!!!!!

🥧 🍮 🥞 Went to Kozi Pie shop for breakfast and it did not disappoint! I just love a great hearty breakfast with an extra side of bacon & a hot cup of coffee. My wife got a stack of pancakes topped with pie filling, and couldn't resist leaving with a slice of pie and cheese cake for the road. The selection of pies was poppin! 🥧

First time visit. Staff was all very pleasant. The food was very good. We has byo omelet and quiche, both very fresh and tasty. The key lime pie was great! Nice to have a fresh place in decorah for breakfast.

Fantastic food! Our quiche was delicious and so was the pie we had for dessert. Everything is homemade and scrumptious.

Everything tasted amazing - the lunch, the pies, the salads - would love to come back! Friendly staff as well!!
