Hello I just wanted to share my awesome experience for the last six years! Shout to my ladies Penny and Michelle, they are the best in always assisting me with what I need. They are kind, sweet and professional when it comes to taking care of the concerns and needs of their patients. Unfortunately my insurance just went out of network with them, but I love it so much and them, I was assisted by penny to a program they offer to help me continue my visits. If you are like me, you do not like change with those that know you best! Please go visit and share your awesome experience.

Pell City Dental has the nicest and friendliest staff. I have been going here for my dental work for about three years now. All of the ladies that work with me are always very nice. Mrs. Debra Johnston is one of the Dental Hygienists that I have used. My mother Cindy and I really like her. But all in all, all of the staff is as nice as can be. Go see Pell City Dental for your dental needs, you won't be disappointed.

Dr. Barnett is a great dentist! Very gentle and caring and does great work. His staff is absolutely the best.The front desk lady, Denise, is always so professional and welcoming. They all make the experience as comfortable as possible.

I really appreciate the way they broke things down and explained every step of the way to me! I got exactly what I expected from my initial consultation they were friendly professional and up-to-date with explanation in layman's terms how I could understand them. I want to give the best review I possibly can because everybody that I dealt with today deserves the best I got top shelf treatment I appreciate them very much!

Deborah was an excellent hygienist. She spent quality time trying to get my temporary denture to fit comfortably. She is very talented and very much appreciated!
I was disappointed though in the fee for my cleaning being I only have half a mouth of teeth. It was somewhat of a shock.

Very happy with my first visit Tara so sweet and friendly and helpful. Dr. Lagradi so awesome helping me with option for me. Looking forward to getting the job finished and cleaning. Wonderful staff. Thanks you guys.

I am 74 years old and have been to a lot of different Dentist’s. The lady that did my x-rays was sweet as she could be. The receptionist was absolutely great. The dentist was a young, beautiful girl, and I could tell she cared about her patient’s She was a real ball of fire. I don’t see why everyone’s not using this Dental facility.thanks Pell city Dental!

They made me feel like I could smile again a couple teeth pulled. The dentist said she could keep one hopefully for cosmetic reasons. I would definitely come back.😁 my trip back, I felt like they did everything to make my visit the best they can. I would highly recommend going out of your way to make an appointment.😉

Debby and Dr. Legradi were the sweetest people i have ever met. I was actually listened too. Debby took her time to check every tooth while cleaning and found a problem area that I.ve asked another dentist about a year ago. And Dr. Legradi was the first dentist to do more than just glance in my mouth and asked me what I wanted to fix about my mouth and how we can go about that. They were very quick to get me in and quick to reschedule me for some more work. There is also an amazing dental assistant, Michaila who refered me here, who I give my thanks too <3

These folks have cared fory teeth for most of my life. I like that they listen, they explain what they are doing and why. They explain how I can care for my teeth. The technicians I work with are polite and kind. I really like them.

I generally do not like to go to the dentist but everything was good just had a lot to do today so they got me out as quickly as they could. It would be nice if the office would call the patients if they are running late as some of their patients may call ahead if running late

Personnel are professional and friendly. They'll greet you with a smile. Appointments are on time. Pleasant experience every time.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I always feel at ease and relax when I have any dental work done there.

I saw Dr Ulasi for a second opinion on some extensive dental work. She was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and listened to and answered all my questions. Thank you so much!
Dr Barnett did a sinus lift and implant. He made me feel comfortable. He was kind, gentle and reassuring during the procedure.

Here I have written all these accolades for Pell City Dental and wouldn’t you it…my dental appliance did not fit. Let me say that again! It didn’t fit! I waited all this time and the thing didn’t fit. Do you know what these people did? They worked tirelessly to make it right. They made time for me. They worked with me and in no time I had my new smile. AND they told me if I had any trouble at all to come right back and they’d fix it. My time visiting Pell City Dental regularly is over sadly. But I am completely confident that if I ever needed anything I could go to them and get 100% satisfaction. They’re awesome. I love em. Although come to think of it… they never gave me a sucker. 😬
I’ve been back to the dentist! These people keep finding ways to force me to give them six stars out of five. I’m telling you if I had been going to Pell City Dental thirty years ago I’d still have a full set of teeth. They are the nicest people. Veronica is sweeter than Milo’s tea. What else can I say? Just go to them. Whatever shape your mouth is in, go to them! Experience dental Nirvana! Find fulfillment in your fillings, calm for cavities, absolution for abscesses! Seriously, if you have a problem or not you won’t find a better dentist or dental hygienist, or receptionists, or staff, or…people. You won’t find better people.

Just to keep you posted: I’ve been going there a while now. This visit was very routine. Everyone was very friendly, I got right on back very fast. But to be honest it wasn’t very exciting. I’ve been there enough so that the sweet ladies just sort of herd me around into the right room and I follow their lead. Everyone is still so nice. I don’t need much comfort g at this point but I knew everyone was ready just in case. Fast, friendly, efficient. That’s what they are. And sweet…everyone is very sweet.

This is another update. My issue was this: I had teeth pulled. Nobody likes that. I had a spur or piece of tooth pop up. Nobody likes that either. This spur caused me pain and an infection. It’s hard to give a review about something nobody enjoys. But I’ll try. This morning I had that spur removed. Twelve hours later I’m sitting here with no pain and maybe just a tiny bit of discomfort.
If you need dental work these are the people to see. The people there are really nice and friendly. Having said that…it doesn’t mean squat if they don’t know what they’re doing. BUT! These people know what they’re doing. I can’t recommend them enough. I can say this though, if you really want to know, if I had known about them sooner I wouldn’t have had to get teeth pulled. If I had been going there I’d still have all my own teeth. My only regret about Pell City Dental is not going to them years ago. So stop reading reviews and make an appointment!

This is an update to my previous review:
I can give a more objective review now that I’ve been there several times. They genuinely care about you. They treat you like family. (The family you get along with, not the annoying family members.) I guess the best way to say it is that they really do care about their patients. I could give you all sorts of examples of their genuine care but if keep bragging on them will start thinking I’m getting free cleanings or something.so I’ll just say this and go. I’ve been to dentists all over the state and this is by far the best place I’ve been. Go forth now and receive good dental health. They are the best.
They were very friendly. They were very professional. I had questions about previously agreed upon dental work and they seemed eager to answer my questions and explained everything. It put my mind completely at ease. They are good people. I wish I had found them decades ago.

I was so upset because I had a horrible with Aspen. For a year I visited several dentists. I couldn't find one. A friend recommended Pell City Dental. So glad I found them. The answer to my prayers

Pell city is a great place if you need anything done I just had 3 teeth pulled at once today and they were very companionate I went to Altman dental last week looking to get help and they turned me away and referred me to a oral surgeon that would not have treated my toothache until the June 25th and I don’t have insurance so it would have cost 2600 dollars and Pell city dental did it for less than half the cost definitely recommend Pell city dental thank you Pell city dental for helping me

Great service, with a cool staff! Unlike other dental offices in the area, they don’t try to give you services you don’t need, just because you have good insurance. They explain everything you need, down to the procedure and charges to your insurance. I highly recommend them, they’re on the up and up…🫡
