Wendy and her staff was awesome. Wendy was very business and professional. The food was delicious. Whatever you needed Wendy made sure you got it. If there was a problem Wendy made sure it was solved. My family and l are still talking about the service we had gotten. If you are in Pell City Hampton Inn is the place to stay. It was clean and comfortable (and I am very picky). Expedia did NOT make the reservation I paid for and I was very frustrated but Destini was super patient and so sweet I calmed down she makes a VERY GOOD first impression.
Breakfast was good with a good variety. The best part was the tall slender lady with blonde hair. She was so friendly and stayed on top of things! She was such a pleasant lady I lost my “morning grouch mood” a lot faster!
I have no complaints!

Our stay was great. The hotel is a little dated, but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The woman who checked us in was nice. And Roberta at breakfast was wonderful. Her being there was a great way to start our day.

Rooms felt amazing, staff was super nice and helpful! Breakfast was fantastic, the older chef, was the best honestly, she made me and my wife feel so welcome and she can cook a mean breakfast. And very accommodating for our service animal. Thank you Hampton Inn Pell City

Absolutely amazing! If you are staying in the Pell City area, I highly recommend staying here. If you stay anywhere else, you are missing out. Tiffany, the food service manager is absolutely amazing and such a wonderful person. She is the embodiment of hard working and dedicated. She goes above and beyond to make sure each guest feels valued and appreciated. The rooms were clean and the staff was great. Shoutout to Tiffany for being so amazing and making our families experience so amazing.

My husband, son, and I stayed at Hampton Inn, Pell City, Alabama in October 2023. Everything we saw on site was attractive, clean, and in excellent repair. Our room and bathroom were very clean, and our beds were comfortable. Hotel staff went above and beyond for our family---especially our son who is brain-damaged---as well as for other guests, such as an elderly gentleman who had obviously had a stroke and was alone. We watched as the hostess Tiffany went out of her way to assist him during breakfast. Her helpful, cheerful, positive attitude was mirrored in front desk clerks Destiny and Julia. We have stayed in many Hampton Inns, and this was one of the best. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful visit!

Wonderful friendly staff and the breakfast was wonderful. Also the stay was $100 cheaper that the adjacent hotel. Will stay here again when I come to visit family.

Tiffany, the manager in the food service area is exemplary. Goes above and beyond customers expectations, she pours her heart into her job. Decorating the place with her own stuff to give it such a warm, homely and welcoming vibe. She leaves a wonderful, lasting impression on me. Wonderful ambassador to Alabama hospitality and service

I recently booked two rooms through Trip Advisor, which was not refundable. With the exceptional help of Cody, the desk clerk he modified one room to accommodate a check in and stay for the following two nights. Unfortunately, when the family members arrived Friday night, due to a glitch in the system, the room had been canceled and there were no vacancies. He arranged for a room to be held at the Days Inn next door, but paying once again. I thought I was out the cost for two nights for 4 adults and three children. After calling Trip Advisor to confirm that they nor I had canceled the room, I called Hampton Inn and spoke with the manager. Cody had already taken care of the refund. I now can expect a refund within 7-10 business days.

Good place to stay. Rosita especially makes the stay worthwhile. Her breakfast and hospitality are A++

Great hotel and service!

I brought my daughter and her friend for a girls retreat. We had a blast and they were very excited about the room. The staff wished me Happy Birthday upon check in and out. It was a few days away but was appreciated. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, sanitized, and comfortable. Lots of places to eat around us and Walmart was right there. I really loved it when I went to grab the remote control to sanitize it and there was a wrapper around it saying it had already been done. I was impressed with that. The pool was nice as well. So yes, anybody that would consider staying here should! 🙂 Barbie

Nice experience all around. Friendly staff, comfortable, clean room and the normal complimentary breakfast. It was in a high traffic area between a Walmart and the freeway but that didn't bother us. We slept well.

We stayed on 7/7/2021. Leaving Carolina to avoid the storm. The Front Office attendant, a gentleman, was excellent, accommodating and friendly. Rooms were very clean with sealant on the door to represent room had been clean and no one had been in afterwards. Remote was clean in sleeve. Beds were comfortable. Slept great ready to get up and get back on the road.

Stayed one night and everything was great. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious. Will visit again. Even the little stuffed animal friends had a great time!

Everything was clean and felt fresh. The fitness center was well stocked and the room was just right. I get the impression that the hotel was relatively empty, which was great for us. They booked is in a room convenient to the elevator and made sure we were set when we arrived. If I'd have changed anything, is have added a protein to the breakfast as there was no sausage, bacon or ham. Otherwise, great place to spend a night. Loved how convenient to the freeway and Walmart it was. Will stay again if traveling a similar route.

We stayed here for 20 days due to the damage from the March 19th tornado to our home. These people are awesome! So nice, Accommodating and helpful. Treated us just like family and friends. Very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast is great. And the 24 hour coffee is a must. I felt very safe. I'm recommending this nice place to everybody. ❤

This Hampton was awesome! Friendly staff that were always there if you needed them and right on time too! I felt right at home there the last 4 days! The rooms were gorgeous and clean as could be! The breakfast in the morning was so good and had something for everyone whether your trying to be healthy or eat light or just want a good Hardy breakfast! It was such a wonderful atmosphere. Thanks again!!!!

Where to start! This hotel has some of the best customer service,it’s exceptional! Staff is quick to help you and feed you! The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had in any other Hampton! They also have plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. Would recommend to anyone visiting for a night or a while. Clean rooms, delicious breakfast, and excellent customer service is what the live and breath!

Sitting in lounge its 950 am came down in time for Fresh coffee, eggs, bacon oh bacon, eggs oatmeal juice bagels and so much more...fresh fruit. We were spoiled indeed. Slept peacefully woke up refresh. No smoke smell. Amazing. Night cashier was nice. Staff was excellent!!!!!!!! Stay at this place you want be disappointed heading back to Texas thanks staff for your superb hard work!!!!!!! You nailed it. The lady that cooked had such professionalism
