Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pell City, an IHG Hotel

The location was great - easy to access the highway and close to many restaurants! We checked in a little later due to travel, but Wendy at the front desk was exceptional! Best check-in experience we have ever had at any hotel we’ve ever been to! Room was clean and comfortable! Complimentary breakfast great! Highly recommend!

Good location near lots of restaurants. Right off the highway. Love the convenient Walmart.

Rooms are updated, clean, and well-kept. I usually get the King room with the walk-in shower. The mini fridges work well. I always travel with my own thermometer to make sure the temperature isn't too hot or cold in the fridge.

I haven't been able to try breakfast because it starts after I leave for work. Would appreciate a to-go breakfast option that starts at 4am.

Lost my room keys at the Walmart. Lisa and her staff sent someone over to actually pickup the keys. Before I returned to the room, my keys were waiting at the front desk. Now that’s great service! Keep up the good work!

We really are concerned about cleanliness when we travel and have to stay overnight somewhere on a long road trip. This hotel had very good related reviews. It was more expensive but we decided to stay. We were not disappointed. The room was very clean. The beds were fresh, clean, and comfortable. The staff at the desk was friendly. Not so much for the breakfast lady. That is our only complaint. The breakfast was very limited and just so so. Especially for a $210(after taxes and fees) room. There wasn't even brown sugar for the oatmeal and the pancake machine was out of order. However if you want clean rooms and don't mind the extra cost then this hotel delivers.

What can I say except WOW! Everything about this hotel is 5 stars so it's well worth every penny. From location to parking to room/hotel cleanliness. 5 stars across the board. Thank you so much for a pleasant stay and a week if very restful sleep!

We arrived last minute, dead on our feet, and probably not super friendly. The beds were a wonderful, but Nakendra's friendly customer service and ease of checking us in make this a 5 star place for what it is-a traveling stop. Well done Nakendra. Breakfast pretty good too for typical American fare.

Top notch moderately priced hotel near the lake. The location is excellent with several restaurants nearby. The hotel both in the public areas and hotel rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. The bed was new and very comfortable. The bathroom had a nice roomy walk in shower

The staff is absolutely wonderful and helpful during my entire stay. I look forward to staying here again soon.

I was quite pleased with my stay at this hotel. It's not perfect, but what hotel ever is? The room was clean and well kept, and the staff from the front desk to housekeeping were very pleasant and eager to please. The lights in the bathroom were rather dim. They should really consider LED bulbs that give off much better light, and are more energy efficient than the CFLs they're using now. The refrigerator/closet area could use a bit more light. The bathtub is showing it's age a bit, but is still functional. The rate is a bit higher than I expected, but it's in line with other area hotels. Overall, my stay was quite enjoyable and I'd definitely stay here again.

I travel quit a bit and this is one of the cleanest hotel I've been in. The bed was very comfortable, the sheets so soft and the bathroom spotless. Breakfast was fresh and delicious and the staff very professional and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Maribel was awesome at check in. This place is so nice!! The money you pay for the room really goes towards the up keep of this place & I love it. We had the Double Queen Suite. They even had a flat iron for my hair!!! The bed skirts were clean. The curtains were clean. Everything was great! I'm glad we stayed here. I highly recommend this Hotel. Thanks for a great stay.

Short no fuss stay

I had to visit Lincoln on a short business trip. Picked up Holiday inn based on distance , price and rating. A short review follows-
1. Location - Close to I-20 right next to Walmart super center.
2. Amenities- has a gym, pool, decent free breakfast and in room amenities. Although didn’t have time to explore them.
3. Room - the hallway was really nice with some good lighting and good carpets. Room was actually a suite so spacious. Comfy beds and clean decent Bathroom. Didn’t have any trouble during stay.
3. Breakfast- decent breakfast with plenty of options both vegetarian and non vegetarian. Breakfast area had good seating arrangement.
Check out was fast.

Overall it was a nice experience and value for money.

Location easy to find,Close to shopping & dining. Parking lot kept up, amenities to sanitize readily available. Comfortable lobby sparkling clean.. staff accommodating friendly, the suite we stayed in reasonably priced very roomy & beautiful, breakfast was fresh-nice selection... we have been traveling for 3 weeks staying at multiple hotels- none so far have been as pleasant as this :)

So This place was awesome......staff was friendly and attentive. Facility was very clean. Beds are super comfortable and have GREAT pillows. Breakfast is good. There are lots of little details that add up to a great stay. Like all the soap and shampoos and lotions are by Bath And Body Works. Lots of clean linens. A/C works great. Bathroom was spotless. There is a keurig in the room (although some idiot ruined it by pouring a k-cup in the water tank) There are fresh apples in lobby and also cookies. I must admit, I should have taken one or two cookies but I obviously have no self control when it comes to chocolate chip......so i took 6 and ate them till my stomach hurt. I feel bad about it so I was going to compensate by making a good review and attaching a picture to this review that I drew on my phone. But it won't let me post a photo. So ill describe it. It is a dinosaur wearing an American flag cape riding a snowmobile but it has lasers instead of eyes. Pretty sweet right? Hope we can call it even on the cookies now.

Best hotel I've stayed at with my work ever.

Rooms are clean. The staff is friendly. Best part is breakfast. Where some other hotels don't start serving breakfast until 6 (or 7/8 on weekends) Holiday Inn Express starts their breakfast at 5 am...EVERY day!

Had a wonderful stay here. They offered a breakfast buffet and were very attentive during my stay. I was on a road trip and found this place to have availability. It was very relaxing and quiet. Great location as well since it's by a Walmart and restaurants. Next to the highway, so easy access for travel. They also had a gym and a laundry room.

Pell City was under construction updating and beautifying the comforts away from home. This was the best experiences and the breakfast was awesome. Friendly staff and very clean.
