Quality Inn Pell City I-20 exit 158

Room was clean, people working here are very friendly. Breakfast was good. I don’t know where everyone gets it smells bad because we didn’t smell anything. Beds was comfortable. Lots of places near by to eat. Will stay again.

Stayed here 2 months ago with my work crew, April at the front desk was very helpful. She went above and beyond, was very pleasant and kind, she even moved some tables in the breakfast area around so we could play cards after work.
If I owned a hotel I would love to have an employee like her, this girl deserves a raise!

Check in May 17th check out May 21st 2023, my stay was great!!! The staff from house keeping, to front desk was awesome!!! I had an issue with the TV, but after reporting it to front desk it was quickly resolved. I've read the other reviews but my stay was nothing like theirs. Would I stay again?? Most definitely!!! Thanks Quality Inn staff for making my stay so enjoyable

Arrived late without a reservation & got a room. Clean comfortable bed. Would highly recommend this place.

We had an awesome stay there even though it showed up late. We ended up having a double and we were just trying to get one bed because that's all that was left at midnight. When we got in the room was awesome and the beds were comfortable and even give you an extra pillow unlike other places.

This hotel location was so convenient. The rooms were clean and Kalli at the front desk was very professional and helpful. This was the perfect place for my husband and I and my granddaughters to stay.

Stayed overnight on a roadtrip, decided to bypass the motels in Birmingham in favor of this quality inn just down the 40 east. Our first room smelled funny, so we asked the night receptionist if we could change rooms, she gladly let us switch rooms with no hassle and a smile on her face. We were incredibly relieved and had a nice night in a clean room with a decent breakfast to start the next morning.

Clean reasonable prices nice staff. My friend left his wallet here and they agreed to Fed ex it to me so that we could avoid a 250 mile back track on a road trip. Very kind. They were amazing. Breakfast is ok. Waffles. Juice. Biscuits and gravy. Yummy

Staff very friendly goes out of their way to be helpful, extremely polite, and yet professional. Offers alot of different options for breakfast. With little to no effort on your part can have an excellent fresh sausage waffle. That is tasty and not hard like a frozen waffle toasted. I believe from the smell and looks this place was recently upgraded and remodeled. The whole place was extremely clean and well taken care of. Best BBQ restaurant 1/4 mile down the street. A variety and assortment of food establishments close by.

Forgot to mention…there is no pool🤷‍♀
It might be that I could be remiss in my comment about a pool, after all, it was raining and our stay literally was overnight.
The Waffle House a walk away was a great experience.

Great place to stay! The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were newly renovated and clean. We were VERY pleased with our stay. Great price for a great room!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Quality Inn in Pell City. The staff was courteous, the rooms and lobby were clean and inviting. I would definitely stay here again.

Good amenities for your chain of hotel, good breakfast selectio. We'll see you again next year same time frame. Much better than La Quintana in my observation.

Pleasantly surprised. Clean, decent accommodations at a reasonable price. And breakfast is a plus. Pet friendly at a reasonable charge. Comfortable bed and pillows.

This place is not so bad I have 2 service dogs and they were very understanding. The employees are nice and polite overall great place even staying another week

The hotel room is clean and free of odors, bed is comfortable, and people have treated me awesome. Very friendly staff!!
