Pilot Travel Center

My five-star rating is based on the Staffing. Everyone I spoke with were professional and friendly.
The Young Ladies I work in Arby's or friendly professional and did their job well. Food wasn't bad either.
However, I have traveled all over the country lately, and this is the first Pilot I have ever seen that was "Severely" lacking in facilities.
Bathroom very small, No Showers, few parking spots, and they don't sell Tobacco Products 😳.
Other than that, it's a very nice.

Clean friendly and well lighted, parking for semis is small, so it fills quickly. Center of truck parking is reserved so beware. Arby's is the food option. Walking distance to KFC taco bell and waffle house

The Pilot has a wide assortment of coffee and fountain drinks, including Icees. They have plenty of gas pumps and good prices. The Pilot is on the westbound side of interstate 20 in Lincoln, near the Talladega Superspeedway with easy on/off access westbound or eastbound.

I'm always here on the morning or mid day shift but I love this store! It's clean and the people almost always greet you! There are 2 girls who won't greet you when you walk in or at the register because they are busy gossiping always. If you get them you will know because you will have to repeat yourself and you will get the look and attitude of how dare u interrupt their conversation but the rest of this store and their employees are amazing! Never a dirty bathroom, store, or parking lot! All in all a GREAT store!

Clean and we'll organized truck stop. Prices aren't bad. Lots of overnight parking that is fairly quiet. Bathrooms are kept clean. Employees are very nice and helpful. Overall convenient and worth the stop if you need to.

It's perfect.
No trash very very clean truck stop. Pumps work. Very organized. Great showers. And extremely helpful and a friendly staff.
And no I do not work here. I drive truck just like the rest of you. Don't litter. And God bless you all

Very nice convenience store

Nice clean Pilot with great staff. Not a very big lot but it's not bad. Great experience. The only downside is that they don't have the food place inside even though they are set up for it. Maybe in the near future. They do have Waffle House, Taco Bell,KFC,and Jack's just across the street.

Nice ladies working, very friendly! Facilities were very clean, tons of selections on the shelves and tables and chairs (inside and outside) are available to rest and eat a snack. Wish there would have been a grill or something for a hot lunch.. looks like something like that was there in the past.. but all in all, a great little pilot travel center!

Surprisingly good. Gas was 11 cents cheaper than any other stations we passed on the interstate, bathrooms were spotless, staff was friendly, fast and courteous, and a great multi ethnic choice of snacks. Would go again.

Friendly staff, well-stocked and kept clean. With the sheer number of patrons that stop to get refreshments and use the restrooms, I'm amazed that, generally, the staff is able to efficiently keep up the cleanliness and food stock.

Nice place, looks like new and had to say that the employees of these store are efficient and care a lot on clients needs!

The farther East you go the less you pay for gas Good stop for a quick bite fuel up.

Showers laundry room for the truckers and other provisions like small parts for their trucks such as two way radio parts light lenses etc.

Not a full fledged travel stop. [No showers, scale, laundry]. Decent parking availability.

There's some nice fast food across the street like Taco Bell, KFC, Waffle House, and Dominos.

Traveling from out of state and so far this is the most polite and clean station that I have fueled at. Every staff member what's courteous and the fella playing in the bathroom was planning it so good and thorough that you would have thought he was getting paid with gold

Great fuel prices

Always clean and gas is as low or lower than anyone else. Snack items are fresh and staff are friendly. Restrooms are always clean.
