ER was clean, service was timely. ER physician explained all tests & diagnoses thoroughly. Short 35min wait from the time the patient was advised he was being admitted to the time a transporter moved him to his assigned hospital room.

Honestly one of the nicest er's I've ever been to, straight to the point got what I needed and got out very quick and the staff were all very nice and had a good sense of humor

From pre-register to discharge they were all extremely nice and professional. There was a time years ago when I said I would never use them again. This doesn’t seem like the same place now. I would recommend them for your surgical needs.

Jordan was my nurse. I was in so much pain because I was passing a kidney stone. He was very understanding and did everything to inform me of my condition as well as doing whatever necessary to help the situation.

I was taken back right away. Everyone was friendly.

My friend and I are visiting from the great state of Maryland. She had stitches in her leg and they became slightly infected and had a stomach virus as well. Fever etc
All staff were awesome. From the front to the nurse Ocalla.Jay drew her blood on the first try. The nurse prac. And the Doctor were the kindest people in the medical field i have seen in a while! Thank you for your kindness. Forever grateful. My friend is much better.

Everyone was so kind to me and they were convincingly happy to bring me what I needed to help with the pain I was experiencing until they could actually see me. I tried gadsden regional first but it seemed like they weren't interested in helping me that much. I was in pain trying to get some kind of simple relief medicine and all they did was shut the door on my mother and snapped on her. That's when we immediately got up and went to riverview. Thank you so much guys

ER was kind and caring about my problem. They did the proper test to figure out what was going on with me. Thanks to the night shift for your kindness.

Need better options in the labor waiting room. Poppop needs a nap.
