I'm sorry this is so late, since my surgery was on April 23, 2024, but I remember it like it was yesterday. I loved the way everything was done, especially the 'holding area' right before surgery, where everyone came to introduce themselves. That's something I've never seen before, but was really great. It all ran like clockwork, so smoothly. Everyone was so nice, friendly, informative, accommodating and they had a sense of humor, which is a plus in my life, because that's the way I deal with everything in my life. All in all, it was a great experience. Thank you.

The lady that registered me was very professional and friendly. The lady working the desk in radiology was kind and polite. She walked me to the waiting room for CT scans. Several patients were having to drink contrast material. The waiting room was small, but that was nice because we cheered each other on to drink the contrast.

The CT tech was very friendly, knowledgeable and fast. I can be difficult to stick, but she stuck me right away. She placed a wedge under my knees for comfort and made sure that I knew what to expect before proceeding. Her breathing instructions during the test were clear.

Overall, my experience was very good! As Dr. Rowe, my primary care physician was not seeing patients due to a medical emergency, I booked an appointment with Dr. Mikhail. I was very pleased with his staff as well as the physician. The staff promptly phoned me for results of the test.

I had a tumor removed from my right shoulder on this trip. Everyone that I came into contact with from pre-op to being discharged was extremely knowledgeable about their job and were extremely courteous and kind. I was taken by ambulance twice in 2023 and stayed a week or more each time. I had the same experience but completely different circumstances and different departments. I would recommend anyone to go to Gadsden Regional Medical if they ever needed a hospital.

The hospital is clean, always been on top of their game.... Polite, curious, They had to slow down my heart.... They had no problem, talked me Thur , what they were having to do. Good was Great ..Nurses - Sophia was always smiling and willing to help. That nurse can put an IV in no problem... They always have problems with my veins, not her!!! I would definitely return!!! If I need to go back!!

Had physical therapy here. Barb and Mollie were awesome. They were friendly and compassionate. They had me working harder than I expected but O improved weekly with their guidance. I really appreciate everything they did. The parts of the hospital I saw was always clean and orderly.

I actually went to Gad Reg Imaging Center, but my trip started with Outpatient Scheduling. Setting my appointment was hard due to my insurance company, but the lady in scheduling was amazing. She was very personable and sweet and got me scheduled for the very next for something important that I’d been working on getting for weeks! So when I went to imaging the next morning (5:30am in RBC) I was the first one in and both the woman at the front desk and the radiology tech were just as amazing. They were kind and smiling and laughing despite the sun not even being up! I was in and out within an hour, MRI included. And being first one in and some other circumstances, my results were in that afternoon. Because of that, I was able to see my doctor and schedule the surgery I’d been needing all within a few days. The Gadsden Regional staff that I dealt with is part of why things finally sped up!

I had a spinal puncture at GRMC and it was the best experience I’ve had so far. I’ve always had a lot of pain when this is done but it was different this time. The Dr and his nurse made me feel so comfortable, well as comfortable as you can be. They find a small way to connect with you and use that to try and take your mind off the pain. I was full of anxiety when we started so I didn’t catch their names, hopefully this will get to the right people.

Everyone at Gadsden Regional Medical Center have been so kind and helpful with my wife and my Medical issues for over 14 years. Every employee in the hospital and every other building, from housekeeping, admitting, appointment set-ups, technicians, CCU, nurses, and doctors have helped us with any medical need we have had. They have always done it with kindness, respect and patience.
We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Went into Women's Imaging for my mammogram. Leanna is super awesome. She explains everything in detail, about your images and the software that they use. Great experience with Women's Imaging. Second visit for a thyroid ultrasound. They were very busy, but kept me updated on my wait time. Ultrasound Tech very nice and explained everything..

Dr Echeverri is the best surgeon ever! The nurses were excellent! Staff was great. The ER was so horrible!! We came in around 12. I told them I was in extreme pain and abdomin was horrific! I couldn't even sit up straight and later on I had a pain like some one was stabbing me!I was shaking profusely and so cold. I think that is when my appendix ruptured! My husband finally got on their butt and they called me back around 4! Got a CT scan and was told I had appendicitis and scheduled me for an appendectomy! I became Septic and had to stay in hospital several days!! I think I was wronged to let others go before me when I was there first! I have been told I have a lawsuit against the ER.

I usually don't do this, but I have to brag a little. Today I came in with my 3year old son to draw blood. It was such a great experience. It was attempted at 2 other locations before this last attempt. Jo, rolana, and a few others were the sweetest with my son. Thanks ladies ❣

I recently had to have a kidney procedure done. I actually got in early for my pre-op testing. The clerical staff and other health workers were very helpful and pleasant to talk to.

The day of the procedure, I was promptly taken back to get ready. Again, the staff were all very friendly. It didn't take long and I was ready. I ended up waiting quite a while from my procedure, but that wasn't the fault of the staff. The actual procedure didn't take long and I was ready to go home shortly after.

The facilities were very clean, not crowded at all. If I have any complaint, it would be my mouth and throat were sore from the general anesthesia I was given.

My father goes for weekly wound care visits. Dr. Thomas has been fantastic caring for his wound and answering all of his questions. Her team is wonderful!

Hunter in the ER was amazing. Taylor and Nikki were great once I made it to the room on the floor. The other nurses throughout the days were amazing as well! They all done a wonderful job and made sure all my needs were met!

I had a wonderful experience here today. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The facility was so clean. I was in and out in no time. I would highly recommend for any imaging needs.

I recently found myself on the opposite end of things winding up being a patient in this facility in which I work. I came across a spinal fluid leak that was weighing down on my quality of life and everyone worked as quick as possible in trying their best to help me no matter the need. I want to give an extra thank you to the day surgery nurses. especially mine. she stood by my side from start to finish with anything I needed. Everyone was very thorough. I would also like to thank Dr. Ash I believe is his name for his bedside manner and ability to communicate every step of the blood patch procedure even through the pain I was in and Jackie who went outside of her duties to draw blood to make sure I had a hand and leg to hold to ease anxiety and relieve pain from the procedure. GRMC is like a family to me whether we know each other on a first name basis or simply pass through and I commend them on their abilities and the execution of those to take care of the ones who keep us running. thank you!

I went to out patient for a heart Cath and the nurses were Great. Lisa and Alex were out standing and sweet as could be. And the nurses in the OR were great too. Thank you so much for checking on me and making sure my family had the information from my heart Cath. These nurses need recommendations from from the bosses 😇😇😇😇😇

; was seen with little to no waiting, and procedure was done professionally as expected. Everytme I had any dealings with Gadsden Regional l have been well satisfied. GMRC is my pick of area hospitals.

Dr Lee is very knowledgeable and very caring. His staff is friendly and caring as well. Nobody should feel like a statistic when going through treatment and here they treat you with kindness and respect

I recently had an appointment with Gadsden Regional Imaging Rainbow City. Very professional and so nice. It didn’t take long for my procedure or to get my results. I definitely recommend them and will use them again for any imaging I may need in the future.
