I had nothing but a pleasant experience here. Working with Edward, the time we spent here was well spent and worthwhile. The price for furniture is more expensive than most other stores, but, the pieces they sell are sturdy, well made, with great wondering and multiple financing offers. They make it affordable to live comfortably and I could not recommend a furniture store more. Well done!

A year ago, shopped here for the perfect chair. The salesman was so patient and pointed out all of the excellent benefits of the different recliners. I made a choice, then as he was writing up my order… I changed my mind, this salesman was wonderful about doing the order again, I really appreciated his help and experience in finding my “perfect” chair.

The one in Waco has a good selection of recliners but I was looking specifically for an oversized electric chair. The quality is outstanding and the longevity as well. I am a Lazyboy customer from way back and still would be but the selection and pricing didn't match today. They had a lady there named Jenny that was bored from the Arlington store and she is an ocean of information. It was very nice speaking with her and checking out the quality behind the products. Nice store and they offer perks in financing as well. Ed was very nice as well in person. Beautiful clean store.Lots of choices.High quality furniture well built. I'll be back.Selection a little less than a year ago but what isn't?

This is the largest La-Z-Boy franchise in Central Texas. We have had such wonderful experiences with all our purchases here. Ed Koehs is simply incredible and we repeatedly return to Ed and this store whenever we are looking for new pieces. Quality, design, endless options at the Hewitt show room. Trust me... this is NOT your parents La-Z-Boy!

Me and my fiancé are looking to buy our first home this summer. Coming into lazy boy not knowing what we wanted or how to shop for furniture, Jeffrey made us very comfortable and helped us SO much and gave us so many good tips for buying furniture for the first time. Definitely will be returning to lazy boy service is out standing.

We recently visited the Waco store searching for two matching recliners. Prior to this, we had made several visits to other LaZboy stores without much success. Logan Burns, sales consultant, and Jason Wetzel, store manager, went well beyond any customer service we have ever experienced to make sure our needs were met. I highly recommend this store. We will definitely be returning customers.

Ed was very welcoming and I told him exactly what I was looking for in a recliner. He took me straight to the one I was looking for with the certain specifications I was asking about. He even explained interesting facts about La-Z-Boy recliners. It was a great experience unfortunately out of my budget at the moment, but I do understand and he further explained they have a lifetime warranty and already have a spill protection/guard on the actual recliners. If you spill something and it happens to leave a stain they will come and clean and make sure you get the most out of the brand you are paying for. That recliner was amazing along with Ed! Thank you for a great experience. I hope to come back one day and get that recliner when my funds are a little better!

The staff was awesome today! This is our second trip coming to the store as we wanted to do our homework and make sure we were getting the right sectional for our new home. My girlfriend and I were met by Jason and it was almost like no pressure at all! He let us sit in peace and if we had questions he would answer them. We decided on a six piece trouper sectional after everything was said and done and Ed helped save us almost 5k from what we originally had put together! Very respectful employees and I can't wait to actually have our sectional in our home. Thank you so much!!!

We were greeted fairly soon after we entered the store to find out what we were looking for. Tim was extremely helpful in showing us specific options. We came back a second time for my father to try out the recliner we were interested in. Tim have us a swatch for the sofa that we wanted. I returned a third time to get additional swatches; we knew what pieces of furniture we wanted but were narrowing down the material choices based on rug and other furniture. Finally on fourth visit to store, my parents finalized choices and set up a 24 month no interest plan. We are satisfied with the purchasing experience.

I came to La z Boy because I was tired of buying furniture that did not last. Jason was our sales representative and he explained to us the warranty and reason why we were in the right place. There furniture was made to last and they had a life time warranty on the frame of there furniture. So this was going to be the last sofa and love seat that I was going to buy. He was very knowledgeable about there furniture and understood our problem with other furniture companies as he had work for some of them.Yes they may cost more but if you are ready to stop playing the game of buying furniture every two to five years then La z boys and Jason is the only stop you need. Thank you for all you help Jason and making my purchase easy.

Jason was phenomenal in the service he provided. I was looking for a specific model/color but instead of only telling me about the inventory he had, he went above and beyond to find the model I was interested in, searching the whole state for me. Turns out he had the one I wanted so I gladly purchased it from him. Great experience. Highly recommended.

The setup of the store is perfect. They have a fabulous selection of icing to go along with the furniture. Quality furniture that's so much nicer than other stores. You can purchase a 5 year protection plan. Bob Mills is 4 years. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great experience.

Ed and the team we’re very helpful at explaining where the actual store location is. Google and Apple Maps both took me 4 miles out of the way to the wrong location in the middle of I35.
Once I arrived at the store, I was greeted kindly. The process to determine the size and style that fit my body and needs was very eye opening. Ed is a seasoned sales associate and very knowledgeable on his products. I would recommend friends and family to shop at this location. I will be a returning customer.

Awesome experience buying furniture. No pressure from Jason the salesman I had the pleasure of dealing with. Gave me plenty of choices while not trying to stretch me out of my budget. Even gave me helpful additional information about getting rid of old furniture and was very knowledgeable.

We enjoyed shopping at the impressive La-Z-Boy store in Waco yesterday. We were warmly welcomed, shown the various types of sofas we were looking for and informed about each piece and their different options. Very knowledgeable staff. Took the time to make our needs to the right reclining chairs my wife and I bought.
All made in USA except for some parts being made in Mexico due to covid 19 closing their California factory. Lifetime warranty. After 3 years you have to pay for service call.

Sales person was knowledgeable and friendly, and quickly assessed Mom's requirements. His approach was not aggressive so Mom was able to relax and concentrate on how the chair worked for her. This was much appreciated, as she had recently purchased a chair that, once home, did Not work for her. At the same time, he moved the process along so that Mom made decisions and did not dither, as is her habit.

Have always liked the quality of LazyBoy products and the durability... also, our salesperson. TIM in the Waco store was very patient and helpful in finding the right chairs for our needs... thanks again to TIM and I do love my new chair... Stan
