Boot Barn

was in last week to inquire about a new hat. limited selection compared to what's online. but I also brought in a hat with a damaged liner... curious if it was something easily fixable. apparently not, but I don't wear the black felt as often anyways, so no biggie. Jason, the shaper I talked with, offered to clean it up, clean the edges, and adjust the shape a tad. Great young man.

so I went home, got online, and found a hat to order to the store. it arrived within 3 days of the order. i picked it up today, and lucked out... Jason was there. the hat was a perfect fit, but I wanted something with a little more personality than the standard cowboy crease. I had an idea in mind, and a photo example. Jason had never personally shaped a diamond crown, but didn't hesitate, and.... knocked it out of the park for me.

happy about the hat and experiences, but more impressed with this young man, Jason, and his desire in achieving customer satisfaction, eagerness, friendly smile and demeanor. Great young man, indeed! we'll be back for another hat or three, and we're hoping Jason will be there to take good care of us.

Got me some boots for my birthday with my wife & everyone was so nice and helpful! One lady noticed that The wider ones would fit me better and she was right! Got me the Cobalt Blue Durango Boots. Would recommend this Boot Barn!

Can't go wrong with Boot Barn in Port Arthur. Not all stores greet you when you walk in or check on you during your visit if you don't need help. There's always someone near if you have a question which I love about this store. You don't get that anywhere else. The staff is knowledgeable as they are friendly. The store is always clean and neat. Because of the guest service I experienced from Kristy in this store is the reason I keep returning. She went above and beyond what anyone has ever done for me in a store. If you haven't been in here, you should!

My only two complaints is the concrete floor and how it's always hot in there. It's unattractive and a site for sore eyes for such a lovely store and it's sad when it's cooler outside than it is inside. We were told their ac hasn't been working for awhile now. Get that store some cold air so we can shop longer.

To the Spanish lady in there. I've been to multiple boot barns in 6 states. They all acted too busy to help a paying customer. I went to the nederland store and she helped me find the only boots in 20 years that don't hurt my feet. (14 EE) They were also discontinued so it was even more difficult to find them. She did. And gave me the refinery discount. I hope she manages that store. 10/10

Beautiful clothes and boots! I bought some chunky necklaces here and there was a good section of clearance items. The employee was very kind and walked me around the store to help me find some things I was looking for. Store was very clean and well organized.

The staff is very helpful. They will walk with you and help you find the boots you're looking for or they will give you plenty of space if you're just wanting to look around. They're very knowledgeable on what they have in their store and where it's located. This is my go to store for work boots.

I like this place I do because they have nice boots and selection. We have the credit card so we get perks and points which keeps us going back, also military discount, we which they have forgotten a few times in th he past but lately it's been done.

Most of the girls that work there are very nice and helpful, Emily, Desire, the manager is really nice , I believe his name is Donald, sorry if I got th he name wrong. But they are all really helpful.

They have a good selection of items to choose from, but yes it stays w arm in the store.

I love boot barn, but in the past people have not been very helpful. However I went The other day, and Joey helped me.........he is an amazing salesperson. Best experience I have ever had at a boot barn. I will be back because of him.

I ordered boots from Boot Barn online . They came in too small , brought them in to yall and yall reordered them for me . They came in too small again , and yall reordered . Third time was great , perfect fit with your expert help . Not all places would have done this, thanks to all that helped , went out of their way for me . All employees were nice , professional , and knowledgeable. Thanks again love my new boots.

My all time favorite store, especially for boots. Staff is friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and straight. I love the atmosphere and everything in the store. Especially their boot selection!

Everyone very nice , left me alone to look around, which I like. Found a T shirt I liked a lot. Purchased the shirt and I was gone. Thank you Boot Barn for quality clothes.
