The BEST place in Sherman to get all of your supplement/nutrition needs. All of the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They have great sales and fair prices, and they really care about getting their customers what they need to meet their health goals! HIGHLY recommend.

I had been reading about CBD the past few months and decided it was time to see what all of the chatter was about. I was very fortunate to have had Mike’s assistance in helping me understand what each of the CBD products can help accomplish! I started with the CBD gummies he recommended and they make me feel great (particularly after a work out)! I will definitely be returning to try some of the other products!

Kim was absolutely amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable and assisted me with all my questions. She recommended CBD for my hip pain due to an injury and it’s been a huge game changer. My training has intensified and my recovery time is so much better. I’ll definitely be back in!

Tori was very helpful. She explained the products to me and helped me pick what I needed. Although she seemed to be the only employee there, she was able to assist every customer in a timely manner.

I came here relatively new to using CBD and needed some guidance in finding the right formulation for me. Mike approached me right when I walked in and was able to point me towards my best option. He seems very knowledgeable on the different products and gave me a great one to start out with. Will definitely be coming back here when I run out.

I've been looking for a new replacement for the current CBD I have been using. So I mad a stop in and was greeted by Mike, he directed me to a product call Blue Sprue. He was very knowledgeable about the product and I am definitely loving the change! Ive been having sleeping issues in the past,and it helps with that situation, it also helps with muscle pains after workouts. Definitely a thumbs up experience!

Tim did a good job making me comfortable and pulling the information he needed to create a perfect plan. He really knows his information when it comes to nutrition. I have tried a few of the products from here. I have been extremely satisfied with everything I have used and will return to purchase and try new products. The Fade Out sleep formula worked like a charm, the meal replacement is fantastic, the pre Nuclear Armageddon pre workout packed a mean punch, and Kim is phenomenal at help. Love this place! Staff is super helpful, and the InBody tool is great for keeping track of your progress. Have lost 24 pounds in 4 months due in part to their help (along with nutrition and exercise, of course). Highly recommend!

Came in looking for a CBD cream for post workout aches and pains. The staff was knowledgeable and so helpful! I ended up leaving with full spectrum oil to help me sleep at night and the cream works great for aches and pains! Definitely going to come back.
