I had an outstanding experience at GameStop recently, all thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by Manager Tyler. I had been struggling with a persistent issue for days, but Tyler's expertise and dedication shone through. In just a few minutes, he not only resolved my problem but also exhibited a level of professionalism and work ethic that deserves commendation. Tyler's character and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction are truly commendable. GameStop is fortunate to have such a valuable asset in their team. Kudos to Tyler for going above and beyond to make my visit a fantastic one!

My two sons and I went into the game stop, and even though we were just browsing the lady behind the counter let my son pick out some Pokémon cards. He was super excited, and I was very thankful for her kindness.

The guy who was working around 2pm today (8/15/22) is awesome! My son bought a few games and a shredder pop figure. My daughter some Pokemon stuff and I got a headset for myself. First time my husband left with nothing. The sales associate was so helpful with everything and our questions. We recently moved to Texas. Our old game stops employees in California became our game stop friends. This guy talked to all the customers like they were his friends. I think we're gonna be at this game stop as much as we were at our old hometown one. We'll make the 30 minute drive to this GameStop.

They have a wide variety of games and merch. Friendly staff and clean store

Damien and Rae were so awesome! They helped me with all my questions! They weee so friendly and funny! They Made my day!! The day after Black Friday and the store was clean! Stocked! And like I said the employees were amazing! I’ll be back for all my gaming needs! THANK YOU!

Today (6-2-23) Damian at the Sherman Gamestop was absolutely AMAZING at helping us trade in my Xbox Series S and Ps4 for a Xbox Series X. We were in there for about an hour and a half and he was apologetic, kind, and all in all just Awesome.Props To Damian.

Had what the kid wanted at a fair price. We were in and out in 10 minutes. Perfect trip to a video game store for Granny😁!

Valorie was real helpful when I was making my PS5 purchase and took the time to explain things to me, was patient and extremely helpful! Thank you sooo much! Will definitely be coming back to this location!

This store alone has changed my view of GameStop from negative to positive. It's rare to find people who are so genuinely invested into what they're selling at retail stores, and the two people I've dealt with here were super friendly and helpful and knew all about the game I was buying. They've been able to quickly answer any questions me or my friends have had. The store is clean and well organized. I'll happily come back to buy games and plushes.

Staff is awesome here. I am always helped with whatever I need. Cody is the best, too, he definitely made my Christmas a world better today. Thanks! My fiance is going to be super happy this year, and I can't wait to see the smile on his face!

The young man that was working tonight is always so pleasant. He is very knowledgeable and patient as I ask a bunch of questions. Tonight they did not have what we were looking for but he sent me somewhere else that might. Such great customer service!!! He makes it worth coming back.

This is one of my favorite stores in the area. I always get the best customer service every single time I go into the store. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. If I can’t find something they will go above and beyond to see if another store has it. I highly recommend them.

I've gotta say that this is the best GameStop that I have ever been to. And, I've been to plenty. I have never had any problems with customer service. Every time that I go in there, I'm always greeted with, "Hi! Welcome to GameStop! Anything we can help you with today?" The workers are friendly and reliable. If I have a question, I always get an answer from them without any problems. I've been going to this GameStop for about... 8 years, I believe. If this GameStop had horrible service and a lot of problems, then I wouldn't have stayed with this store. I would've changed to a different location. But, I never have because this one blows others out of the water. So, all in all, this GameStop is a 5/5 and the customer service is a 10/10. I don't know what these other reviewers are talking about. They must've went to a different one and got the towns mixed up. Anyways, thank you, GameStop of Sherman, for all that you have done for me and helped me with. Have a wonderful week.

Idk what all these people have against this gamestop but they ARE ALL LYING, I have gone to this gamestop for 3 years now and have never had one problem with customer service or anything. If they didn't know an answer they found someone who did and helped me out. They are nice and have always treated me with respect. They were well-informed and always kept me informed of release dates and information about my account, etc. Matt and the guys are the hardest working and nicest people who always take care of their customers. So please ignore the bad things these people are saying and hear me out as well as trust me when I say how great of a place it is. I appreciate all they do and hope more people take the time to give them the credit they deserve.

Don't listen to all the old reviews, this place has changed its staff and has great people working there. Kris, Jose, Victoria, Matt, and Tyler are the best there. They will take care of you and are super knowledgeable. Definitely go to this store for your gaming needs

As a regular customer to this gamestop I can say that the atmosphere has changed alot since it first opened. Everyone who works there is really nice and personable. Great customer service, and they make sure u get exactly what u want and leave the store happy. Itd the only place I get my games from and will continue to do so.

Always good place! Honestly Matt is a baller and is always helpful. Gamestop gets a lot of crazy but the employees don't have control of that and they are trying there best to help people
