I have never had anything there that I didn't like- the burgers and chicken sandwiches taste very good- love the fries with there seasoning- the BBQ is also tasty. The only thing I haven't tried yet is there shakes- the have a good variety that sound so good! 😊

I received my order within 2 minutes upon arrival and the Cajun chicken tray was delicious. Cook out is still a great value in '24.

My son choose to have his graduation celebration dinner at Cook Out and we were not disappointed!!

Food is always good. Great selection of items at a great price! Barbecue is top notch. Burgers are nicely cooked.

Our server today, Manyia, was fantastic. We had a large order and she was very patient with us. Our food order came out exactly perfect. Manyia even took the time to write Happy Graduation 2021 on our son's milkshake cup. It made our dinner that much more special.

Of course if you go to Cook Out you have to get a milkshake! So many flavors to choose from!

Can't wait to go back!

I gotta say I never write reviews, but had to get one in on this cookout. Every cookout I go to is disgusting, always over/undercooking food, cold food, food taste and looks digusting and the workers suck. this cookout is the only one I’ve ever been too that has great food. Everything’s hot, they’re fast, food is cooked perfect. Not to mention their service is always great. It’s finally good to see some workers who have PRIDE in their work. whoever the owner/manger is, you need to up these peoples pay.

From the moment I pulled up to the speaker to place my order to the time I reached the window, my experience was absolutely phenomenal!! Great attitudes from the order taker to the cashier!!! I will be back!!

i love this location i go late night after work and the staff is always so upbeat i work at a similar place and can’t say i’d be so thrilled as they are working such a high volume place but aye they take it on the chin and keep it pushing

If you see a cook out and you have never been then you have to stop!! An experience you have to have. Don't forget the banana pudding milkshake

Customer Service has definitely changed for the better. Paris was pleasant and patient. The food was great as well.

Really yummy! Can't speak to the main food, but went here for hush puppies, onion rings, and the seasoned fries and it was really good.

I literally had the best experience I've ever had with a cookout today. I went through the drive-thru about 5 minutes ago around 3:15 p.m. and the young lady instantly remembered me and I have not been to cook out in months. She was still super friendly she remembered the condiments I used and did everything with a smile and a perky attitude. Y'all need to 1. keep her. And 2. Give her a raise. She is a extremely wonderful asset to the company.

I had the banana fudge shake and it was AMAZING! Also had a takeout tray with a burger, fries and hushpuppies. Excellent service. Not crazy about the fries or hushpuppies but it was a good burger

The employees where very nice and kept me informed of my order status which I appreciated since I just got back from living out of the state since 2013.

I’m a huge fan of all things Cookout!!! There’s usually a long line out in the street, but the wait is well worth it. This time I only wanted a milkshake. If you haven’t tried their milkshakes yet…you’re missing out. This is one of my favorite late night eats.

Drive through with burgers and shakes. Fantastic variety of milkshakes. Never fails to please with delicious burgers and shakes. Always lightning fast and friendly service.
