Don't let the building scare you off. It really has character and history. I received super service from Bob and the crew. I had them install a new wire harness on my Jeep's trailer hitch and purchased a new tongue and ball as well. Bob even assembled and tightened the ball for me. Very friendly down home crew. Fast, professional and very reasonable!

I needed to take my trailer to Asheville to pick up a load of lumber. Before I left home I tested my trailer’s signal/brake lights as I always do since I only use my trailer a couple times a year. Of corse the lights did not work. I then drove to the Sanook shop for help. Upon arrival I was told that they were very busy and it may take 1-2 days before they could get to my trailer. I reluctantly agreed, but as I prepared to drop off the trailer the owner did a quick test on the trailer’s electrical system. He was able to diagnose the problem within five seconds. I bought the new part and was on my way to Asheville in ten minutes. I highly recommend the services of Saunook Industries.

I have an old Tacoma/2006. Close to 200k. We go cross-country every year.I worked hard. I deserve to retire from nursing. Trip start day Friday June 2016: brake controller won't work. Can't back up steep hill to house once RV loaded. Gee. Camp at Sunburst until shops open on Mon???!!
I found Saunook. These guys musta worked 2 hours. Ground out in TWO places. Not JUST pigtail. These guys really helped me. Charge? A couple of bucks!! I said "Guys, you need to take a bit more; you saved me from a weekend camped 5 miles from my own house"
They said, "Well, if we's any good; we'd found the problem in 1 hr"

Ordered my hitch which arrived in 2 days. Brought my car in the next day and it was done in 2 hours.Works great........like a hitch.

These guys do a great job.They put trailer hitches on vehicles, repair trailers weather it be wiring or wheel bearings ,brakes and add asesories to vehicles.
