Have been using them since they opened and never had a single problem. Recently drove from my home in Hattiesburg to see them because a clinic here missed a severe ear infection my son had. He was in misery when we got there and felt better within a couple hours of his visit because they found the problem immediately and gave him prescriptions that were appropriate.

I love this clinic! They're very thorough & don't take forever to get you back in a room. Josh Wansley is my primary physician. They're very nice up there too.

I not only work at every clinic within the Jones Family Network, but I trust any of the staff to treat any member of my family without my presence. They show no preference and are extremely knowledgeable.

Have no problem with the medical care, it's the front office that's making me think about switching providers. I have been hung up on twice by this practice. When I called back after the most recent time, the same woman answered and acted all surprised, stating it must have been the phone system. She took my info and said she'd get the nurse to call me. Nurse never called. Let me be clear, there was no disagreement between us or harsh words exchanged, yet I wasn't surprised when the nurse didn't call. Not sure what to make of the whole incident, but it felt passive aggressive and I'm not interested in playing games.

How would you like to pay $193 out of pocket in 2024 for a service that your insurance would have covered if Jones Family Medicine Clinic wouldn't have waited almost 3 years to submit their claim? I have a family of 7 people. We went to get tested for Covid in 2021 and one of our family members tested positive. While we were isolating, my grandmother died of Covid at the hospital across the street. We were suspicious that my daughter's test was a false positive because nobody showed any symptoms, so we went back the following week and got retested. Everybody was negative, so we were able to go to the funeral. Fast forward 2.5 years and we start getting letters for what was owed across 15 claims. It should be 14, but they submitted a double claim to insurance for one family member. They NEVER submitted a bill for another one of our family members to insurance and still tried to bill us for the full amount. I had to call our insurance company from overseas to figure out what happened. I then called JFMC and explained the double billing and encouraged them to actually submit the real claim to our insurance. Our phone numbers changed and we live overseas, so I gave specific instructions on how to contact us (a US internet phone number and email). They did not contact me, but kept sending letters for the final unsubmitted claim. The letters threaten collections, but are postmarked days before the due dates. This company waits nearly three years to bill, but will damage your credit if they don't get payment within a few day span? Finally, my insurance company shows that they submitted the final claim, just 2.5 months shy of 3 years from service. It was denied. Why? "Timely Filing Period Exceeded." To any logical person, that seems like the fault of JFMC. However, who will pay for their mistakes? I must. They billed me $193, for their 3 mistakes: 1. Submitting a double claim for one patient instead of for the other. 2. Spending months trying to collect on a claim that they never submitted to insurance. 3. Waiting almost 3 years to submit a claim that would have been covered, forcing their customer to pay out of pocket. It doesn't matter the care or kindness you experience going to JFMC if you have to deal with this type of nonsense years later. Ask yourself, do I want to pay out of pocket to visit JFMC even though I am insured?

If it were a star for <1 that’s what I give for the overall care I got. I could have ran through a fast food drive through and gotten better care not to mention that the info that was shared with me was done with the door to my room wide open! HIPPA! Was not given a full patient assessment warranted by my symptoms. RIDICULOUS to say the least! I will say that the. Front office ladies were very very kind a5 for them the RN that I complained to very kind 5 but needs to not tell patients how many people they see a day and how busy they are 2. Supervisor I talked to a 5+ she was amazing Ty Sherry.

If I could give less than one star I would. Worst doctors office in Laurel. When I was finally seen the doctor barely stepped into the room for a brief second and didn't give me the time of day. By far the worst doctors office visit I've ever had. Do not go here. Find somewhere else!
