Great people. Friendly. Helpful. Knowledgeable. Thankful I chose to go here for my son! They even have cartoons playing on TVs in every room. We had a non-emergency, regular health issue. They were very helpful and patient — with me and my son. LOL!

I love goin here Dr Hudson has became my favorite Dr n I've even brought friends here to see him n all 8 of my family has started comin here because he don't just write a script n send u on he listens n trys his best to help u!!! Brought my mom in for serious problem sent her hospital she was havin stroke at the moment sent her hospital next week brought daughter saw him n first thing was said was how's your mom he cares!!!!!

Staff was very friendly. Office is very clean. I’ve been going to another urgent care nearby and I was far more satisfied with this one. Dr. Welch and nurse had excellent manners when speaking to me and my husband. I liked that there was couches in the waiting area, as sitting up made me nausea at the time. Also loved that there was TVS in the waiting area and rooms while we waited. I received two shots and RX for other meds. Very happy with this UC. I would use again.

This clinc by far is the fasted... the wait is not long. The staff was is very kind. This where we go if not to hattiesburg .

Dr. Welch will always be our favorite but the new P.A. is very sweet and really nice :)

Went to this clinic yesterday and the lady at the front desk acted like they couldn’t see me because I didn’t have a paper copy of my insurance (it’s on the app). She was VERY RUDE and finally slapped a notepad on the counter and told me to write down the number and she’d “see what she could do”. She managed to get the numbers put in and it worked much to her dismay.
Today my symptoms were worse and I felt like I had something more than what I’d been diagnosed with so I called and the lady I talked to told me to come back and get retested. When I got to the clinic the same rude lady was at the front desk and acted like she didn’t remember me from yesterday. She told me “You don’t need to be back here. You need to take your medicine, it takes 72 hours” then proceeded to tell me “I’m not giving you an excuse for anything else, you got one for yesterday and today and that’s all you can get!” As if I drove 35 minutes with a 103* temp to get a work excuse and have another day off.. I left and called her boss. Went to the other clinic in north Laurel and was taken straight back and got retested and guess what.. it was positive, just as I’d suspected! Do not recommend going here. The nurses and Dr were nice but it’s not worth dealing with the little rude woman at the front counter to go!!

Said they was going to call in the medicine and never did. I paid money and I don’t go unless I have to

Luke (my son) has run a 102 fever since yesterday at lunch. We haven’t hardly been able to get it and keep it down. He doesn’t cry unless he’s in pain and he hasn’t stopped crying. I called our Pediatrician but they had no openings and told us to go to the urgent care by the hospital (Jones Family Medical Center). Luke hasn’t ever been there so we obviously have to sit there and fill forms out. We wait a good hour while he screams the whole time. When we finally get called back he’s running over a 102 fever and is never given any Tylenol or Motrin for it. They say he has an ear infection and will call in an antibiotic tomorrow bc their e-script system is down so they can’t send any scripts today and we should just rotate Tylenol and Motrin tonight and wait for the script. So we leave and i call them back and ask if they can call it in or write me a script bc Wards pharmacy closes at lunch on Saturdays and he really needs his antibiotic. They flat out tell me NO they can’t do that. I told them i would have liked to have known that BEFORE you BILLED my insurance and made us wait so long to get through the whole visit without us knowing bc i would have gone somewhere else.
What doctor can’t call in a verbal prescription? Or at least write one for me!

We ended up going to fast pace in ellisville and they were the sweetest ladies! Luke had a 103 fever and she gave him some Tylenol and we finally got our antibiotic! 🥰

The doors were locked around 4/4:30pm when they don’t close for hours after this. People were still inside so once someone called for the door to be unlocked the staff immediately got an attitude about it! An attitude about people needing care BEFORE closing! It seems as if they’re all playing doctor at this point. It’s always something with this place!
