Lowe's Home Improvement

This store doesn't have the item I was looking for. But a very courteous gentleman helped me and was able to determine that not only their store in Laurel was out of it, but that Petal nor Hattiesburg has it either. Great customer service!

Lowe's is a great place to shop for all your home improvement/repair supplies, building materials, diy projects materials or trendy home deco items and household cleaning products.
The store is always clean, fully stocked and neatly displayed. The staff members are friendly and ready to help you if you need assistance. Check out is little to no waiting in a line. They have plenty of registers open at all times so when you are finished shopping, they get you checked out and on your way in no time. I enjoy shopping there even when I don't necessarily need anything in particular. I have discovered some really neat products that I never knew where available while I was just browsing the isles.

Nice but where out of everything to help my watering device. An o-ring of the right size. But everyone tried to help me and so many were shopping today !

Love the place, they always have whatever I need and tyne service is great. I'm always in and out, no waiting on long lines, great place

I had a great time just doing some research on an upcoming project. I will definitely do my shopping at Lowe's in Laurel.

Having self checkout lanes has greatly improved my shopping experience at Lowe's. The lines were always so long. Tonight, I found everything on my list plus some extra items really quickly and easily. The workers' attitudes that I encountered was positive and friendly. I wouldn't have been able to say all these things a year ago, but I can now. I like it!

Always a pleasure to shop here. We bring our Great Dane Titan in all of the time. Never an issue other customers or staff.

Went to Lowe’s in Laurel Ms to purchase a dryer, the sales lady’s name was Angel she was waiting on customers and checking them out and she brought our dryer to the truck, this employee does her job well. Took about 15 minutes to purchase and load. Great job Angel!!

There was an employee named James in lawn and garden, he straight up offered to help me load my purchases. I have a bad back and I was so thankful for him. I really just wanted to hug him. Yall need to give him a big raise. He went above and beyond customer service.

I went in Saturday morning. Found an associate in appliances and purchased a washer and dryer, grill and deep freezer. Associates were super friendly and very helpful with my purchase. I qualified for the free delivery service and the guys showed up the next day. Couldn't ask for better customer service! Thanks

I was recently in the market for new appliances and Lowe's of Laurel MS had my back with a buy more save more deal AND a savings on Samsung appliances. They kindly delivered all my equipment and I was able to move into my new place all the more quickly for it. They also helped me out on several smaller things like paint and top quality air filters for my AC unit. Definitely would recommend giving them a go.
