Had an appointment for 1pm that I was not going to make. I called and was told to come on in as a walk-in and they took care of everything accordingly. The attendant was absolutely awesome (can’t remember his name). He kept everyone informed in a timely manner and even found a good coupon for my order. I left very satisfied.

Friendly staff, Dakota was an awesome service manager and Karlee helped tremendously in getting us into a rental. Had our car in service for several months but I understand they have changed their protocol for taking in cars for service which should make it a quicker process. Will certainly use them again if the need arises.

I have purchased a car and a truck at Kim's. Both times they made the process easy and so friendly. From sales to service they are the best. If your looking to purchase a vehicle go to Kim's. Service was excellent with excellent shuttle service. Only problem was setting up the appointment originally. I one would call me back as they had told me so I had to drive to the dealership to get a date and time. The service aside from that was excellent. In the past I could set up an appointment online. That has been discontinued.

Great customer service! Chance is the one who helped us and although they did not have the vehicle we wanted on the lot that didn’t stop him. Change gave us a call the next day with exactly what we wanted. I couldn’t have asked for better service!!

I would like to adopt my service rept as my child she is so nice! Honestly she does everything possible to answer questions, in a kind , polite way always showing respect. She obviously knows the car service business, no question. People like her representing a company will make customers like me return to the sales department when we are ready not just the service department. Kim's is blessed to have people like her representing their business. I hope you will share her name.

Needless to say, we will never use another dealership ever. We have been so impressed with every single person that we have conversed with at Kim’s! They went above and beyond and treated us so exceptionally. We know that we got the best bang for our buck and we were given honest feedback with all of our questions! I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Kim’s!!! This was the easiest and most customer friendly dealership I’ve ever dealt with. They definitely were all about the customer and making sure my needs were met. Tommy Davis was a wonderful salesman. He was not pushy, but very helpful. Well I have nothing bad to say I needed a vehicle they found exactly what I was looking for the salesman name chance is probably who I would refer anybody to he doesn’t play any games he is knowledgeable and in this business that’s hard to find also management was very helpful knowledgeable and very upfront about everything extremely transparent I personally had a very good experience from this dealership I hope everybody has the same experience I did.

The best buying experience I’ve had since buying my first truck at 16 yrs old. Heard about Justin through friends and called him. He worked to help me find what would work for me with everything I needed the truck to have. Great interest rate. Great trade in price. Great price on their truck Never laid eyes on the truck. The lot or Justin but it all worked out and it was delivered to my residence two hours from dealership.

Todays visit was quick, my issues were solved and a future visit will be scheduled after replacement parts arrive. Very pleased with the visit and the staff, including the ones that worked on my truck.
