I would like to give a special THANK YOU to Jake Burnham. I purchased a new Tacoma and soon found
out it was not what I wanted. Jake worked tirelessly to correct my purchase decision, turn it
around and put me in my dream vehicle, the 2023 Nissan Frontier Pro4X. This change of vehicles
took about 2 weeks, to which Jake never backed down, and kept in contact with me daily
till the transaction was completed. He has gone above and beyond for me, and has earned

I went in with a small problem. I needed tires and my wheels had locking lug nuts. I had no key for them. The lady took one look and walked straight to the tool i needed. She removed them and wouldn't take anything for it. Not even a tip. And i bought tires somewhere else.

To be honest, I was dreading looking for a new vehicle. I don’t do it often and buy vehicles for longevity. I can pretty much count on one hand how many vehicles I’ve had in my adult life. The minute I pulled up Babs came walking out and we just clicked. She has been absolutely fantastic. This was truly a painless experience and she went above and beyond to help us and accommodate our schedules. She’s very good at what she does. Mr. Walley was great with our closing as well. We have had an awesome experience with everyone at Kim’s.
