Alanna is the best! She made the process fast, smooth and hassle free. I live almost 2 hours away from the dealership and my wife and I have a busy work schedule through the week so the only time we could get there was on Saturday. I did all of the paperwork by phone on Thursday then Edwin and Alanna came in Saturday on their day off to accommodate our schedule. We got to the dealership and enjoyed dealing with them in person as much as I did over the phone. Edwin has a good inventory of great high end used vehicles at a fair price. We are loving our new Tundra. Thanks Alanna!

We came in from out of state to purchase a car we found online. The holiday season, along with being out of state complicated things a bit. However, the guys at Carter Motorcars were very accommodating and took great care of us.

Chip and Edwin were both easy to talk to and seem like honest and good guys. They answered every question we had and made us feel comfortable with our purchase.

I had such an amazing experience with the gentlemen of Carters. Chip was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased and was so wonderful to work with. My husband works in the Gulf and he was able to communicate with him about our needs and made it so painless for me. Great experience with Carter and Chip. Supplied additional pics of specifics I wanted and did a video call walk around of the truck as I would be coming from out of town. Super clean truck as described. Picked me up at the airport and was friendly and courteous. Had a small vibration at 60 mph, I let them know I had tires rebalanced and they sent me a check to cover it. Great service and follow through after the sale. Definitely recommend!

Exceptionally clean cars and a beautiful showroom. Edwin was so nice and laid back, very easy to deal with. We called from out of town on a vehicle we wanted to purchase to ask a few questions. We gave Edwin a call like he asked when we left and on our way to look at it so he would hold it until we got there. The Infiniti was nicer than I anticipated being a smaller dealership and it was so easy to make the purchase. We were literally there for 30-45 minutes for the entire transaction. The car even had both keys and a full tank of gas!
