Very very verrrryyyyy slow spent 4 hours in there the first day but i truly cant complain y because i understand the process and dealings with off the lot cars to be financed with ppl who has so so credit i had a low dwn payment and super low apr plus low monthly payments and i still walked out with the car i really wanted first night with car i never really knew what all of the features that the car came with that my kids 💘 and i adore. Cause they showed me how to work them an what they do cause me i really needed there help above all ppl were so warm and understanding. The 2nd day was so freaking opposite alot of ppl drove home with same car they came with cause of the hopefulness of driving off with a clean used car but unlike me were disappointed with what they saw in the lot or how it drove this dealership sales alot of cars and get new ones almost daily I waited 6 hrs for someone to come( my sales person) and they never showed well i guess i did have a very different issue then most they checked under the hood b4 i signed and paid but left the radiator top off as i drove to one of the cites and home and back again the next day to meet the same sales person at there given time lol of them never showing BUT they expeditiously fixed my car with extra friendly service even they showed compassion for the the and handicapped thats was with me the fix was done n done right im extra happy with my purchase so are my kids actually adore the new addition to our family proud owner of a 2009 Dodge Journey
