Northtowne Lincoln Service

I have had only positive experiences at Northtowne Lincoln. Their service department is friendly, quick, and customer-oriented. They never perform repairs without calling first to confirm. They will offer suggestions of other services needed, but are never pushy. Prices are fair and service is reliable. I've been very happy with them so far.

Local ford dealer was going to charge me $3800 for a repair on our MKX. Went to Northtown and they knew before looking at it that it was a software issue, ($90). Take your Lincoln to a Lincoln dealer.

Brought my daughter in laws car in. The guy who took the info acted like I was supposed to know wth to do while they serviced her car. Said I guess your staying customer lounge around corner. There lounge is so outdated the other two ladies were even saying something about the outdated low to floor seats they had. I noticed other clerks attending customers with more attention more information on what’s going with there car. I went to ask a question the others receptionist looked at me like really why are you asking this question. I felt like he looked down on me no one has came to tell me anything my daughter in law called I guess they hung up on her. This place is the worst customer service I have ever experienced I feel if you are not over 60 and they know you have money then you are nobody. Guess you can’t be a hard working mexican who just wants to be treated like a human being. You see this gentleman he actually came and sat with that woman for her car because she doesn’t want to wait and tired I’ve been here since 2 and not a word. If your white then this is your place if your a minority then that’s below them people suck this place is sad

Pretty bad experience with the service department, extremely slow, didn't keep me informed and almost impossible to get answers over the phone. Will not be going back and only wish I could leave zero stars.
