The person who helped me (name similar to Rochelle/Rachelle) was extremely accommodating beginning with the initial phone call giving me the option to bring my truck in early. She did a great job with educating me on the type of oil I needed versus requested. While I didn't purchase any additional services that day, she was very thorough with educating me on what my truck needed and why. She also made it her business to let me know that she wanted to see me in the future as a return customer, so much so, that I didn't have the heart to tell her I was moving out of state. With 19 years of leadership experience under my belt, this is 100% the type of employee I'd traditionally steal away. Wish I could take her with me. Kudos and job well done.

Travis did an amazing job servicing my Fiancè's car. We came in and his head light was out, upon his overview of the situation he knew the exact solution and fixed it for him in less than 5 minutes.

Firestone was GREAT. We got there close to closing time with a not good noise and Josh quickly discovered it was a bad water pump and not the other speculative horrible issues it could have been. Michelle, the manager, said we could get to it Monday. By the look on our faces she responded with but you are stranded now.... uhh yeah. I checked and Enterprise closed at 3... Josh the mechanic said I can get it done... they got the pump in minutes and by the grace of God the 3:00 never showed up, we got there @3:30 and the 4:00 never came- if the 4 showed we wouldn't have driven out of there. They finished approx 30 minutes after closing and were super nice. Great job Firestone Wrightsboro Rd Augusta!!! We are soo GREATFUL!!

Brought my truck in for a good bit of maintenance. The staff was thorough in their inspection of the vehicle and pointed out some things I may not have noticed on my own. Todd talked me through all the repairs to be done and gave me a good price on some new tires. After the consultation, everything was done in a timely manner and I’m back up and running like new. Couldn’t be happier with the quality of service.

Went in to have tires installed,alignment, and oil change. The shop was a little short miss 2 techs but still got my work done in a timely manner. Sales person was very knowledgeable

Great service. Had a slow leak in the tire of my work van. Walked in, they told me it would be about 2hours, but even with replacing the tire, or only took about an hour. The staff was very courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

The bolts holding my license plate on my car were rusted in place, preventing me from putting on my new plates. The dealership told me they would have to potentially go through the liftgate or bumper to fix it and they couldn't quote me a cost or duration for the repair. I took my car to this Firestone and they fixed it within 3 minutes for free. Great service and friendly staff. I will definitely be returning for future car issues.

Traveling back home to Tennessee and my front tire busted. I called Firestone and spoke with Micky who was able to put 2 new tires on so I could get back on the road home. The guy was a Godsend for me and my sister. He was so kind and helpful for the whole experience. This Firestone has made me a customer for life. Thank you Micky

The are very friendly. They try to remember you when you frequent there. They give you your best options on your car. My mother has been a loyal customer for years. They're prices are steep but they're work stands alone.

My son had ordered a tire from them and since I was home I took his truck in for them to put it on. This place was super busy. There was only one person working the bays. I was glad I didn’t have to wait long for them to put the one tire on. Staff was nice and accommodating.

I went to the firestone in Aiken for alignment and full inspection and after picking up my car they said everything in the inspection was perfect and checked everything off good with no recommendations which I knew was a lie, and my alignment was still off bad as well as the way my car was driving. I took my car to this firestone and Lamar and his alignment tech were there an hour after close trying to fix this problem. I reported the Aiken store and after the area manager contacted me he contacted Lamar to see what happened with the other store and my car, Lamar went out of his way to help fix the situation from the Aiken store, got in contact with me and offered to set an appointment to bring my car back in, did a full inspection and actually told me the problems with my car, the parts I needed at discount, and offered to fix the whole alignment problem. He was very helpful and friendly him and his crew are great I would give him 10 stars if I could. I would recommend this firestone over all do not take your car to Aiken, bring it in here for good service.

They did very good work! After doing my brakes I had just a little air in the line took it back up there and no problem they jumped on it immediately.
