Been here 2x and my husband once. Been fast and helpful each time.
Clean and nice inside. Staff was very good.
With our insurance the ER is free but I prefer to pay to go here and be seen quickly.

My new marriage name is Patricia Johnson. My daughter recommended med now because my husband has the flu. We met with Dr.Teer And he was excellent. Detailed, calming, Very knowledgeable and thorough. I wish he had a practice because we would definitely be signed up with him.

I came In today. Was in and out in 30 minutes. Everyone I came In contact with was excellent. The front desk staff was friendly and fast. The nurse was amazing as well as doctor. I will be driving here if needed to be seen on the weekend again.

Thank you so much for being willing to accommodate my needs. I was ill, and needed medical attention. But, my grandchildren had to come with me. I am so appreciative to the nurses and medical personnel for being willing to see me. I am on the way to feeling well again, thanks to all of you!

I am a recording artist. I sing and rap. I came in with a sore throat and cough, so you know I was concerned and worried. I wanted to be seen quickly and get rid of this problem. The doc said it was a sinus drainage. He sent meds to my pharmacy. The whole experience was smooth, quick, and exceeds expectations. Highly recommend!

I've been here a few times. Wait times have been reasonable and the staff always tries to get me in and out. They are super friendly too. We've brought my son in for his infected toe nail and I've been in and out with sinus problems. We are not natives so we get issues a lot.

Every visit gives me a reason to visit you before going in town to my primary care. So far, I've made a sound decision with each visit. Your center is very consistent from your website check-in to walking out of the door, thanking you for your professional services. I could go on but...I think you get it.

Check-in was easy even though it was crowded. Wait time was minimal. Staff was friendly. The nurse was exceptional, especially with the blood draw I needed. The doctor was professional, knowledgeable, and interested in my care.

Went here yesterday 1/10/24 I've been sick for over 3 weeks feel miserable and I dreaded going because I hate spending hours to be seen well I was in and out with an hr or less and all the staff was very polite and friendly.

I love this Location. The staff is always so friendly and professional. The wait time is nothing near what I have experienced in other doctor offices. The doctors are also so very kind and I always leave reassured that I will be feeling better in no time!

My daughter was seen by Dr. Miller last week and our experience was very positive! Office staff was very helpful and kind, and the physician gave her his full attention (even though I know they were slammed!) I had to call back for a medication request today and was happily surprised they had sent it to the pharmacy within an hour. 10/10 highly recommend if you’re in need of urgent care

Staff was very quick and effective. Physician was quick and the assistant nurse was nice and friendly. I thought I was going to be there for a lot longer when I first walked in because of how many people were there. But the staff was quick. I would highly recommend to anyone. Especially parents who need to get their kids a sports physical. The price of one was great and budget friendly. Thumbs up.

Walk-in service for Covid testing. Great front desk staff! Kept me aware of the wait time. Really appreciated that. They were super friendly even during extremely busy period. Fantastic job!! Clinic is very clean and everyone was so calm and polite. I appreciated the individual care. I felt like a person and not a number. The doctor took plenty of time with me, going through all my ailments. Very caring. I’ll use this place again if the situation arises.

I have been to Mednow Grovetown office multiple times throughout the years, LOVE the PA Rebecca!!! I actually prefer her over my primary care doctor. I don’t ever recall waiting longer than 30 minutes. I do agree with some of other reviews that the front desk staff could brush up on their people skills. I too have observed elderly patients having trouble navigating the check in kiosk located 3 feet from the receptionist without them offering to help. The nurses, PA, and doctors make up for the lack of attention you receive when you initially get there.

I wasn’t really sure what to expect with the reviews here, but honestly I couldn’t have had a better experience from start the finish. I was seen quickly, the nurses and staff were great. The doctor listened to my concerns and said he’d call in prescriptions asap.

I brought my (9 yo) daughter in on a late Sunday afternoon. It was our first time there, and the front office staff were very pleasant, patient, helpful, and also informative on my insurance info (thank you Skyler).
The nurse was also very nice and had wonderful "bedside manner." (Sorry, I can't remember her name)
We were seen by Jennifer (NP), who spoke to my daughter directly, asking her questions about how she felt, and she was very compassionate and patient when my daughter couldn't find words to describe how she felt.
The staff were all also so helpful and quick when I had to call back (from the pharmacy) because we needed a different antibiotic that didn't cost as much (after insurance).

I’ve been into the clinic 1-3x a year, also taking my daughter on occasion and have had great service every time. Front office is great, and nurses are typically good and friendly too. Have seen a handful of the doctors in the last two years and they are good too. Dr. Young may be my favorite!
I’ve never been at the Urgent Care longer than 45 minutes. They are quick and thorough.

I went for the first time on Thursday. From the moment we walked in I felt good about the possibility of making this office my primary care doctor facility. From the front desk to the nurse and then the doctor, I felt calm, safe and heard. My husband has been coming here for a while and always sings their praises - now I know why. Needless to say, the decision to make them my primary care was an easy one.
