If I could give 1000 stars I would. Dr. Touissant is the best! I’ve never had an OBGYN so caring and passionate as he. He listened to my concerns. He explains everything thoroughly. If you are on the look for OBGYN look no further. You won’t go wrong with him.

Dr. Hartmann consistently takes time with my children, listens to my concerns/questions and makes us feel comfortable. She is great for general wellness, sick visits and treating ADHD. Highly recommend!

Dr. Page is the best OB/GYN. She is sweet and very patient. I’m very anxious about getting pregnant. She took the time to ease my concerns and answer my laundry list of questions. I didn’t feel rushed during my appointment. I love how she respects her patients’ time. If she runs a little behind, she is not afraid to apologize. I just LOVE Her!

Dr. Watson is our pediatrician and she is lovely every time we see her. Wait times are a little lengthy but it’s nice to see a doctor that takes her time and is thorough and friendly.

Always in and out quickly, never had a problem with any of the staff they are efficient and helpful. Harder to connect on the phone but all in person visits have been great I see Dr.T and he’s very kind and helpful. I’m pregnant so he’s very attentive and makes sure all my questions are answered

First time taking my daughter here and everyone was so friendly, not a long wait time and Dr.Watson was amazing, I will definitely be taking my kids back to her. 5 star review all the way!

I love my midwife, Elisa Jenks. She saved mine and my baby’s life. I would give her 10 stars all day long. Dr. Ray and Dr. Toussaint are also great.

The four star rating is due to the lack of care in listing the number for this location. I’m not sure what happened in the last 6 months but I never had so much trouble getting in touch with this office or any other AU office as I have had now. I’m so tired of being treated foully by central scheduling staff members. Cut off, talked to like I’m dumb, and hung up on.

Just list the right number here and we won’t have to go through employees who clearly despise their jobs.

I really liked the staff here compared to other places. Would give this place a 4.5 stars due to wait times and scheduling. I LOVE DR. TOUSSAINT! Dr. Toussaint was such a great doctor. He is so passionate about what he does and I admire that. He’s great at rapport building. He was culturally sensitive, caring, and had positive regard for me. Asked appropriate questions. Very knowledgeable in his field and will answer any questions. He provided education and options, and he was interested in what I had to say. He is a great active listener. I am very happy and fortunate that I went to him and I recommend him to anyone. Literally a 5 star doctor in my perspective! Thank you very much Women’s Health.

I had my first prenatal appointment with Dr.Allen. I only waited for about 15 minutes to see the nurse for my vitals. The nurse that did my vitals was amazing! She made me feel relaxed and actually listened to my concerns. I explained that this was a surprise baby because we were told after my IVF cycle that we couldn’t get pregnant naturally. My BP was high because I was anxious and still in shocked by my pregnancy. When I met with Dr.Allen I began to notice she wasn’t a high risk specialist because her bedside manners were very opposite from my last OB (high risk). I was referred to Dr.Allen by a friend who wasn’t high risk but later in pregnancy became high risk. The wait in the waiting room to speak with Dr.Allen was entirely too long. An hour wait and I began to fall asleep. My appointment was so long that I had to reschedule vitals due to hunger and thirst. I do think my blood pressure should’ve been retaken before released and Dr.Allen did give me a prescription for BP medication pills. However I never taken them. I purchased a BP cuff did my own reading and received a normal reading. Overall I think Dr.Allen would be great if you’re not a high risk patient! She does take time to listen to your concerns and that explains the wait, so I would recommend her if you’re not high risk.

This is our second visit to the pediatrics clinic once for a sick appointment so I gave benefit of the doubt but when it was over 45 minutes of waiting in the patient room to be seen for both a sick visit and a scheduled appointment that is insane especially with a baby. The Dr. Herself was nice. But you shouldn’t spend almost 2 hours at an appointment for mostly waiting.

From a husband's perspective, I do not recommend delivering at Augusta University. My wife went to this care center for her prenatal care and everyone was fantastic. The wait times were a bit long, but overall pleasant.
I am putting my review of her hospital experience here because most of the prep for birth happened here.
The second my child was delivered at the hospital, everything flipped. Suddenly none of the nurses, midwives, or doctors remembered what we talked about and immediately started doing things we did not consent to. There was an emergency situation shortly after the birth because of an action we did not consent to. This caused my wife significant internal damage, trauma, and possible infertility. Also the postpartum care is nonexistent, they just ask if you are depressed and didn't seem concerned about losing 1L of blood during birth.

Crying. They canceled my 6 month appointment bc my doctor is not gonna be available and was told to reschedule with a different doctor. After 2 days of constant calling someone finally helped me but now say no others are available and I cannot be seen until April 15th. But my due date it April 5th!!! I am beyond upset. I have required monthly ultrasounds to track my baby's growth as I have been unable to gain any weight. This is absolutely unacceptable and I do not recommend them.

I get that they are busy but I waited for over a month to get an appointment and waited for almost 2 hours (which is usual there) but this time I had to leave to go to class to take a test and I wasn’t even able to be seen. When I went to see if I could reschedule I would have to wait over a month to come back. I also feel like my problems are never really resolved and I have to keep going back. Time to find a new gynecologist.

Rude, unconcerned, rigid and indifferent office staff. Refused to honor my appointment day, after they failed to send out an appointment reminder. Canceled my appointment over 15 minutes. They make you wait months to get the appointment, but they can’t afford you 15 min??
This is why people end up in the hospital. 🚑 If there was an option for 0 stars that’s what they would have gotten. Thanks for nothing.

I cut myself in the arm 28 Feb thinking I hit a major vein. I wrapped my arm up with a towel and drove to clinic. I arrived at 3:35, told the receptionist I think I cut a vein or artery and need stitches. She went to the back, came back up front and stated the it was closing time and the doctor was about to leave and that I need to go the Evans clinic. I then drove to Med Now and they immediately took care of me and stitched my arm up. I cannot believe a doctor or medical person at Augusta Care would not even look at it. VERY DISSAPPOINTED

I went to get my 1 year old checked out and they did not even see him because I did not have his physical insurance card. Even though he is covered and is a CHILD they still did not see him. Glad it wasn’t life threatening because my poor child..smh if I could give them no stars it would be that.

If you want to feel threatened in labor then you’ve come to the right place. If you’re excited about needing trauma therapy after your birth then you’ve come to the right place. If you want them to tell you one thing and do another then you’ve come to the right place. If you’re a fan of informed consent then you probably want a different OB.
