My dad earned two store credit vouchers during his vaccinations at Walgreens. I helped him redeem them tonight at the evans location and had several questions regarding the fine print on the vouchers. Keyonna was so very helpful and friendly in answering questions and helping me to use the coupons! Thanks for the friendly service, it was greatly appreciated!

A lot of negative reviews of the pharmacy here but I will say one of the staff members, Jenna, is a kind, professional courteous person. Always friendly and helpful.

Awesome service in the pharmacy!!! I am from out of town and needed a prescription. Jeremiah in the pharmacy went above and beyond to make sure I was able to pick up the next day, even calling me letting me know it was ready. He was so nice and helped me when I was stressed. Wow! Thank you for going above and beyond for me. The customer service was a 10 out of 10!

Katie in the pharmacy was helpful, quick, concise and very pleasant over the phone. I know the pharmacy staff is always crazy busy and pulled in a million different directions - so the customer service was greatly appreciated. Thanks again for all y’all do!

The pharmacist named David was soo nice and fixed the issue with my prescription and called and handled it for me. Also, I have to say he is one of the most outgoing and handsome men I've seen...gorgeous eyes and a smile of kindness that would make ya almost faint. His wife is a lucky woman and I'm sure alot of Walgreens pharmacy lady shoppers have thought the same!!!

Solid store and easy to get in and out.

Store clean, well organized. However if you need a specific prescription be prepared not to have it filled. My doctor called in a prescription on a Monday, I went Tuesday evening after surgery to get it but was told it would not be available until Thursday or my doctor needs to change my prescription. Went back Thursday, no prescription. Tech looked and said it was not on the invoice for Thursdays delivery. She looked and saw when I was available in the warehouse. I asked if it was even ordered or how long would it take if they ordered it that day but she could not tell me. Why not tell the doctor when he called they couldn't fulfill it, why tell me Tuesday it would be available Thursday then not have it available maybe not even ordered. I was also told they could not transfer to another Walgreens unless the doctor called. So I have been in pain since Tuesday and will have to take time out of my day again to see my doctor to try to find a solution.

It seems like the pharmacist at this location can’t be bothered to work a Sunday. Multiple Sundays I have tried to pick up scripts and am not able to from there being no pharmacist on duty. I’ll be moving my scripts to another location.

Take Shaniqua off the Pharmacy register please. She is the poster child for “don’t want to be here”. Picking up medicine for my mom following a major surgery and 4 hrs later, still had to wait on it. Understaffed and overworked and it sadly shows in their demeanor and processing time.

Not sure what’s been the change but the last 3-4 weeks things have gotten so much worse. They are always out of stock on meds. They say they will order it, and you wait, then it never comes in. I’ve spent weeks waiting on a prescription. Save yourself some time and find a different pharmacy.

The pharmacist should not be in charge. She gives people with legitimate diagnosis a very very very hard time to get the prescription and LOVES to bother doctors who wrote them by continually faxing them. She cannot be in charge of this pharmacy any longer. I would encouraged for people to file a complaint against the pharmacist by calling Walgreens and finding the number to file a complaint so they could hire a more friendlier pharmacist who actually cares about the people. We are already suffering enough. This one is actually the worse Walgreens location. Jeremiah is a sweet man. The pharmacist is extremely rude and nasty. Something needs to be done or the pharmacy will collapse by the terrible customer service.

If I could put lower than one star I would. I got here four minutes before closing to pick up ONE photo. ALL the workers locked the doors early and watched me knock, and would not open the door. When I called the lady she looked at me in front of the door and hung the phone up. SOOO rude. Worst experience i've had a store in a while. Then they cut the lights off as I was standing there to get the message to leave. If you're going to close early just completely close the store early or change your hours.

What's wrong with the pharmacy in Evans ga 4310 Washington rd?? I've been coming here almost 8 yrs and both the pharmacist staff was so rude and nasty. Last time ever going to Walgreen pharmacy . I've been getting my medication like clock work down to last month the same way 2 days ahead and never asked for ID. Until now can't fill it until a day ahead. Only needed because I was headed out of town for work.She says it's upto the pharmacy. IfI have rheumatoid arthritis Not a drug seeker. It's so sad how I was treated. I've never complained when my medication is Never ready I mean never in last few years. Even calling ahead still never ready. Feel disappointed as this been my home pharmacy for a long time and I have to switch.I use to feel sorry when customers were rude to the pharmacist now I honestly dont because I've just been treated that way
