I witnessed this young lady embrace every customer that entered the store. Gardenia was so knowledge about the rewards and getting customers to sign up for credit cards and offers. Big Lots please highlight this sweet lady for going over and beyond her job description!

Service was exceptional when purchasing a box spring that will be picked up for me tomorrow by a friend. The gentleman that helped me in the furniture area was polite and very helpful with my transaction and request. Thank you for making me feel appreciated as a customer.

I carry a weekly shopping list and when I pass Big Lots I stop in, usually they have a good number of those things on my list and the prices are always better than if I drove to the supermarket. It's nice I can shop there and lower my overall costs for the week. Saving bucks here give me more gas in my cars tank. Nice place.

Very nice and lots of stuff

I've visited this location a few times, but yesterday the customer service was phenomenal. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The store is always clean. The staff really made me feel like I was important and that they were glad that I was shopping there. Thanks for the awesome customer service!

The employees there were very nice and very helpful. Easy to find Christmas gifts for everyone. And it was very nice to see that they also support our military and veterans too.

This is one of my favorite stores. Big Lots has home goods, kitchen goods, food, etc.... This store is like a miniature Sam's Club. It's great customer service and the prices are great too.

Wheelchair friendly. Good prices, a lot of items - take time to browse!

I like Big Lots the only complaint I have about this store is that they don't have motorized carts. I'm disabled and can't walk very far. I would love to be able to go through the whole store but I can't without the motorized cart
