Petco

Came in recently to get an entire aquarium setup for my kids. Einar helped us get everything we needed, he took the time to explain what to do, answered all of our questions. We went back a few days later to get the fish and were happy to see he was there - he was just as helpful and patient as the first visit. We did run into some issues at home (our error) and when we went back to the store, Einar took care of us and made us feel a lot better about the future success of our tank. He really knows his stuff and I appreciate his level of customer service. It seems to be a lost quality these days. This guy deserves a promotion!

Bought a new aquarium and got set up for saltwater with live rock and sand. The aquatics manager "E" was great! Very knowledgeable and helpful.

I went in to replace a leash which was somehow snagged in a weird way. The associate looked at it and voila fixed it. I of course bought other things but unfortunately didn’t get his name but should be mentioned great attitude and can tell enjoys working there.

Always a great experience, Einar the aquatics manager is amazing and takes the time to help get everything right with a tank setup. He should get a raise 😅

They are great assisting me with my needs. They are knowledgeable about many things, and if they don't know, they will find someone who does.

Petco is my favorite pet store in Spring Hill! They arethe friendliest and have best prices. Their rewards program is great too, my bohdi gets a 1lb bag of free dog treats on his birthday.

I'm a fish guy. I enjoy going there and looking at all the fish and reptiles. It's like a mini zoo. You should go look at the birds, snakes, reptiles, lizards, fish, including Betta fish, Cory cat fish, gold fish and so many more!

Good pet store; they usually have what I need. Tip for new customers - buy online and pick up in store to save a little money if you spend more than $50. That's easily spent if you buy a big bag of food and treats.

Couldn't find price on a ball. Two sales people looking and Couldn't find it either. So I took picture and did a search with it and found it in Google search at Petco. They were both amazed that I was able to find it like that. The what I believe was the manager gave me a 20% off discount because I found the correct price and numbers they needed to ring it up. Very happy to get the discount.

They had a good variety of aquatic plants and a decent section of Koi/ pond supplies. Clean and organized store.

Very sweet and helpful staff :) I came to petco because of a bad experience at petsmart and I was very pleased! I adopted a sweet cat and was able to go through the process easy and quick. Very well priced items and great discounts as well. Definitely recommend this store to people looking to adopt and anything else!!!

Great place large selection. A bit pricey though but if you need something right away they'll have it. Staff is always happy and friendly.

Super helpful and friendly staff at the Spring Hill Petco!

My cat was having some digestive issues. The store associate not only helped me with finding the right product, but also told me about the vital care program. I had no idea this was an option. She advised me about the program, told me the benefits, and walked me through setting it up on my phone. Thank you. This was so beneficial to me.

Great place for your pet needs. Become a pet perks member. Discounts given on food, litter, and grooming. Vaccinations are also available on Sunday afternoons. Great service.

I go here for my two dogs to get pampered and such. They do so well there and the staff knows who they are as soon as they come in. Kevin is an excellent trainer as well. He has been training our puppy and she’s doing amazing. Their vital care program is wonderful as well. Didn’t think I could get so much value from one pet store.

Staff is always helpful and friendly, for all our variety of pets. We also just starting the dog training classes and our instructor Kevin has been awesome so far. We already have lots of knowledge to work with our hyper puppy. He also made recommendations of toys and other things for us. Highly recommend.

I have been to a couple shops around the Columbia/Spring Hill area since I moved here about 10 months ago and out of all of them this is my favorite place to go, all of the staff is very helpful,polite, and knowledgeable! The last time I was there Noah even helped me pick out/design an entire new fish tank and helped me decide which fish would be good together!

The blonde lady in the fish department is super nice. She knows a lot about fish. Petco had the cleanest fish tanks of any chain pet stores.
