Quick, honest work from these guys! We came on the recommendation from the fellas at the auto zone up the street since they have mechanics in house. They gave us a fair price based on the diagnostic, and Chase, TeeJay, and Thomas were awesome to work with. They changed our spark plugs while we got lunch and now we’re back on the road:) we were also given next steps in case another issue arises and we need to work it ourselves.

Great team! They will be our choice for our tire needs in the future. I delt directly with Charlie. I was very impressed with the customer service that he provided and with his professionalism. They also have a great fleet program for business owners.

I can’t say enough good things about this business. They always take good care of us and they have always been honest. From oil changes, tires and brake issues they have been the best. Lee and Charles will take great care of you, schedule your appointment today. I will also add even though we have moved 45 minutes away this is still our go to place.

They had some issues (circumstances not under their control) but they were kind and took care of me greatly. So even though the issue sucked, they made up for it sevenfold and I am very appreciative.

I had a great experience with Tire Discounters today that I'd like to share. I recently purchased a large SUV and only a few days later my wife discovered a large screw protruding from the front tire. I took it in to Tire Discounters today prepared to shell out $300+ for a new tire. When I shared the situation with their front clerk she informed me they offer free repairs but couldn't guarantee this one was repairable due to the size of the hole. HOWEVER, they were able to get it repaired and charged me nothing. Which demonstrates their trustworthiness to me and their desire to earn people's business. Highly recommended!

Update: Just 3 weeks later and I continue to be impressed by Tire Discounters. I found a different screw, in a different tire just today and took it in for them to see if it was repairable. AGAIN. And I showed everything to the guy working at the counter, he said he'd have them do their best to repair it and gave me a quote for a matching tire but indicated they needed to keep it overnight. However - I mentioned to him that the tire pressure light hadn't come on on the dash yet. I just saw the screw protruding from the tire and wanted them to check it out. He said "hold on" - I may be able to take care of it for you. And 5 minutes later he had the screw out of the tire and verified it hadn't punctured the tube so there was no need to keep it overnight. Again - first class integrity and first class service.

My friends and I pulled over when we discovered a nail in our tire. They initially quoted a 2 hour wait but TJ and Ryan came in to save the day and got us in and out of there with new tires in 25 minutes!! The best!!

Tire Discounters never fails to take care of my tire and auto repair needs in a professional, knowledgable and courteous manner. Lee, Charlie and the technicians are all friendly and always have my best interests in mind with whatever the situation is. Recently they went far above and beyond to solve a problem with my brakes that I had created. Long story short, because of being diligent, trying different angles, and not giving up attempting to solve the problem, they succeeded and saved me over $800.00 for a part that was not needed due to their effort. I would recommend them for any tire or repair needs.

I really appreciate the honesty and transparency the entire team had with my visit today. They not only walked me thru their findings in detail and in terms I could understand, but provided me clear options to move things forward. Jennifer was especially helpful in keeping me updated and went above and beyond to help make repairs and upgrades needed same day. Can’t thank Jennifer and the entire team enough.

My day was not off to a good start. My car wouldn’t start! Battery beyond dead. Got it jumped & started calling places for a new battery. Tire Discounters had a battery that worked! More importantly, they have a team that worked to get us back on the road quickly and without breaking the bank.

Awesome, they went on and beyond to help us. We blew a tire on our camper. We changed it on the highway. I called The Discounters and asked if they had a tire to fit our camper. Yahoo! They did. We decided to buy all four new tires since they had in stock. They stayed after hours to finish the job. BIG thank you to Charlie and Chase for getting the job done. So eternitly grateful. Great Customer Service! I hit a huge pothole this afternoon as i was exiting 65S onto Saturn pkwy and busted my tire.Called Tire Discounters next to Hardees Spring Hill TN and spoke to a very helpful Jennifer, she was trying to find someone to put my spare on and etc. She quoted me a price and said if i could get there before 6(closing) that sge could replace the tire. I arrived a few min before 6 and the staff stayed past closing to replace my tire. Most businesses would have said come back tomorrow! I wanted to thank Jennifer and staff at Tire Discounters for going above and beyond and I highly recommend them for their service and prices

These guys are polite and knowledgeable. Jay, in particular, was awesome. Super nice. He even helped me with my motorcycle, and I wasn’t even a customer for that. Solid dudes.

Very personable workers - Jennifer was very friendly and knowledgeable about her job - Chase was very friendly and always let me know the status of the work being done on my car and Mr. Charlie let me know that I was welcomed there and that he appreciated me coming in

My husband took my vehicle here this evening to get a tire repaired. They were already closed but Jay and his crew stayed to fix the tire. He gave us a great deal and great customer service, which nowadays is so hard to find. Truly appreciate them staying late so my car could be safe again to drive to work and take my kids to school.
