Staff is always super chill. They've always been super helpful to me anytime I've had problems or questions in general. Usually have some pretty cool merch and collectibles, more stocked than some other gamestops I've visited.

Had everything I wanted. My brother is the gamer in our family. The store rep was able to assist me in buying something he would enjoy. I had a great experience. I will be back to this store.

One of the managers there, Adam, is there most days that I come in. Half of the time I'm just browsing to see what's there since I like to collect physical copies of games. Adam always knows something about whatever I pick up and is a great resource to talk about what a game is like or if I'd like it. I, like many, have been shopping at Gamestop since I was a kid and I've never come across someone that knows as much as him. He's very friendly and isn't pushy, but did convince me to get a PowerUp Rewards card, so he's definitely good at doing his job!

They will price match competitor prices, if they can be verified online. Plus you can earn points toward future purchases. Great selection! Very knowledgeable staff.

It was my first time in this location a couple days ago to pick up a game and it was great! Adam was very helpful, was able to answer any questions I had and even shared some info about a new release in the future that I never heard of prior to that date. I even pre-ordered a game that releases next month and I never preorder. I'll definitely be back! (Obviously!)

This has been my primary game stop since 2003. Workers here are definitely gamers and are well knowledged in everything they sell. If you are a parent amd dont know whats what... Just ask... They will even give age appropriate game advice. They will also ask for ID for restricted games (a practice I rerely see anymore). They will let you know if a new system or game is coming out instead of buying something that will be obsolete soon or if a sale or price reduction is coming up. They also stand behind their used games 100%.

Preorder, bought and pick up the game no problem. Went there for Playstation 4 midnight launch and everyone is friendly, no cut in line, no fights, no nothing. I'm still going back to for couple of my pre-ordered games.
