We had a couple hiccups with the purchase of our 25 ft pontoon boat but Phil Mace in service was amazing. He always answered the phone promptly and returned any phone calls immediately. The ideal employee! He made the whole transaction very bearable. It's so hard to find marinas nowadays with knowledgeable people in service and they definitely have that covered.

They have a beautiful showroom.
We recently had cosmetic work completed on our boat and it looks brand new! Phil was awesome to work with. He is very professional and fulfilled our agreement at the price quoted.

Great club to stop for lunch along the river. Always a good environment and looks like they are currently updating and upgrading which is always good!

No one in a 50-mile radius had the part ins tock with the exception of Fox Chapel Marine sales. Patricia not only verified the part was in stock, but she sent photos so I could verify it was the part I needed. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and Patricia was awesome to work with. We had a great waiter Tony, who was doing triple duty because of a staff shortage. He was very accommodating to our group of 12. If it wasnt for him this would be a 3 star because the food and drinks are expensive but it is Fox Chapel.

From the office staff to the maintenance department they are a pleasure to work with.
I would recommend this facility for its location, docks, store, and boat services.

Wonderful group of people working for this marina!! From Phil (Service Manage) and Pat (Parts) on down the line they were respectful, caring, and careful with my boat! My boat was repaired correctly and efficiently. I was kept informed throughout the entire process from pulling it, doing the repairs, to putting it back in. Great service department and I would have them do any repair on my boat.

This is a really cool place that has great prices on new and used boats the crew really keeps up on the work on the boats from painting to mechanical all the way to cleaning and detailing boats. Great knowledge and friendly staff. If you live in Pittsburgh or just visiting come on over and stop in go for a walk down on the docks or around the lot and check out all the boats. You will be impressed and you will love it l give you my word.

The service team installed a new bubbler for us in time to protect our boat from the significant recent drop in the temperature. Everything was handled professionally and we were kept informed about the progress. We're grateful.

I recently sold my 2001 Maxum at the Fox Chapel Marina . The experience was excellent, my sales guy Justin Ryan was professional , courteous and very attentive to all my needs . He answered all my questions quickly . The whole process went very smooth. They even took the boat out for the Sea Trial with the buyer . The boat was sold within 2 weeks !! LOVE the spa located here! I like to try out new spas and find my favorite ones and this one is one of the top picks! Staff was wonderful very inviting and welcoming, environment was relaxing and very zen. It is a smaller spa so you and your friend can't get a facial at the same time, but sometimes I like that small environment. I would recommend this spa to everyone, you won't regret it.
