I love this location. They have a super friendly staff, and a small crew which provides the opportunity to get to know their customers. Awesome location right by a ton of stores for a good day out. The staff go above and beyond to find something for everyone, and very clearly care about their work and the company.

Ordered an ice cream cake and when I arrived Raj was very friendly and greeted me immediately and prepared my order really fast. I was in and out in under 5 min. Thank you!

We went tonight with 5 kids. There was already a line ahead of us. There were 3 workers and they were so efficient and accurate. We were in and out in 10 minutes. Thanks to Raj and everyone there that night.

The guy working there need a raise! He was working the entire store all by himself. He was courteous, made my custom pint and like it to perfection. I will absolutely be coming back.

My kids really wanted to try this location. Before arriving I envisioned one teenage employee behind the counter, completely in the weeds and a line of customers. In spite of the many poor reviews, our experience was quite the opposite. There were three employees behind the counter who were very good at their job. The line to moved quickly and the service was great.

They have really great ice cream. They make it right there fresh!

Its really impressive to order the first time. They take your ice cream out of the bins then with steel scrapers start kneading it on the counter to mix your ingredients in. Very good quality ice cream. The staff are friendly too and often they give me good coupons that make the ice cream a more reasonable price. The price without coupons would really be the only negative about this place.

Always delicious. Normally prompt service. Last time I went, they did not have my pick-up order ready, but the manager on duty apologized and gave me free waffle cones for my inconvenience. I will continue to be a steady customer. My family loves this place!

I was in this past Saturday. I left my phone there. When I called, Nick remembered what we had ordered and said that he knew it was mine and would hold onto it until I could get there. When I got there to pick it up, I got in the very long line that had formed. He called me up to the front of the line to give me my phone. I tried to tip him directly. He would not take the money and said that they just want to make sure that property left there gets back to its rightful owner. He was super nice and not rushed with one person. It was such a refreshing site to see. Thank you Nick!!!

The guy who took our order was very patient with our group and made everything without any issues. We had a great experience and it tasted very good!

It's sinful how much I love this place! Picking out the flavor of ice cream (made on site) that I want, the add-ins that I want, then watching my "creation" come to be... Then of course EATING it!!! Delicious fun for adults and children alike.

Always delicious! Dairy Queen and Rita's were free this day. The line at Dairy Queen was too long, and surprisingly, Rita's was closed. Cold Stone saved the day!
