Im going to make this as short as possible. I ordered a short for my son (and I am local) and it took 3 weeks to receive. Only got tagged about my order in a Facebook post, which I rarely get on. Hours on the door don’t match the hours of actual operation.
My cousin was in town from TX back in February, and drove 30 mins to order two shirts for her grandbabies from JA. It took me (she doesn’t have Facebook and that’s the only apparent way of owner/customer communication) to reach out to the owner about my cousins order. 4/19, owner said she’s sorry and would ship two days later with no shipping charge. 5/4, my cousin finally received her order with only an, “I’m so sorry”. No explanation, and you would think after 3 months, she would offer something else to a customer for the complete lack of communication on the owner’s end, and also for the inconvenience. Such a bummer bc it’s such a cute place!
