Wendy's

For a wendys on a truck stop that also has to deal with the rudeness of oak grove customers it really good. Any mistake I've ever had (1 of the 2 was my own error) they've always fixed it and wasn't upset about it either. The people who work here don't let their difficult customers ruin their mood! It's a fairly smooth wendys.

The employees at Wendy's are very friendly and get your order up in less than five minutes I love Wendy's thank you for being so kind and courteous

Cleanest store I've been to yet and the food tasted so fresh and Michele was just wonderful I'll be saving this stop for future trips

I travel for business ALOT so fast food is definitely something I am used to. What I am not used to is good quality service. But, this quick stop for lunch was worth it. While in a short line, I noticed something one does not usually see in a fast food establishment - an employee that provided fun yet professional engagement with the customers. When it was my time to order, your cashier Brittany Eddy met me with a smile and a greeting that made my day. My order was not only right, but hot, fresh and I did not have to wait "forever" like other places I frequent. I will stop here on my next trip just to see the smile and see if this is normal. But for me a first impression is usually a lasting impression so my instinct tells me this is probably the norm. The entire team at this Wendy's obviously cares about what they do. For that - you just gained a frequent customer. Keep it up!

Their cashier Brittany Eddy made this experience the best it’s EVER been!! She was phenomenal! Her customer service shined from the time she took my order until I was done eating and asked me how it went!! She really CARED about how my day was and told me to be safe on the road! I just adored her!! She made the meal! The food was good too, but WOW! Wendy’s doesn’t even deserve her. She needs PROMOTED!! So much I came back a gave her a gift card and a thank you card from Walgreens!! God bless her and Wendy’s for hiring such an amazing young gal!!

They're sooo friendly and fast service with fresh and hot 🔥 food.... one thing is that they review your order and if u want to change they even help you...in others places no and no good service but here they are so happy to serve you asap and efficiently 💯✔.... just figure how I like this place...because if I'm in this route....I stop there for my food... EXCELLENT SERVICE

I want to start off by saying that I typically do not bother with writing reviews for businesses, unless it is for something that must be absolutely said.

That being said, on May 31, 2023 around 5-6pm, the cashier Autumn delivered SPECTACULAR customer service. She was absolutely getting swamped with orders and was able to keep a great big smile throughout the entire time.

When I was indecisive on what I wanted to other, other than knowing I wanted something with chicken. She suggested to try the pretzel pub Bacon burger. She even gave different options on the types of chicken patties I could get with the burger, resulting me in getting the spicy chicken. Along that I also ordered a sour creme and chives baked potato, and on a separate order I decided to also buy a strawberry frosty.

This Wendy's has improved so much!!!! Emma, the girl that helped me was proficient and kind!!!!

The employees were very outgoing and friendly, one was very enthusiastic about everything. I will be visiting again. It's getting hard to find a place that the employees don't have an attitude. The lady's here are great though. Food was good and hot, even my dog didn't have any complaints 😋

Good food friendly staff better than what I can say about dairy Queen next door rude people there

Located in the Oak Grove, Mo.MO., I-70, trickster. Great spot to grab food while traveling. Very clean dinning area with clean tables. Staff is attentive and very helpful. Burgers and salad are tasty, prepared promptly, served quickly.

We stopped at this Wendy’s while traveling. My food was very good. The French Fries were HOT and salted just right. My burger was HOT and FRESH. It wast the BEST food I have had at a Wendy’s in a long time. Thank you!

Was ordering food around midnight had cash in hand ready to go when the only worker working that night informed me they were card only at the moment. I turned to my friend asking if they had their card on them and by the time i turned back around she had handed me my receipt and let me know that she had paid for it herself. I dont know her name but she was the sweetest person ever. She deserves a raise. Not to mention the breakfast we ordered was firrrreee!!! ❤ shout out to her for being the only one working!

Very kind staff worried about my health and safety gave me a mask to wear and then I ordered a chicken sandwich off the value menu The sign said $1.39 I was charged a $1.49 I wasn't too worried about it but just thought I'd put that out there. It's great though no complaints 5 stars

Very clean, friendly and delicious! It's always refreshing when we get to stop at a clean place and talk with appreciative people. We are over the road truckers. Our days are long and sometimes frightening. This visit was well needed. Gb~

This is a very nice Petro. Lots of Big Truck parking,Truck Wash. There are different fast food restaurants to choose from and the Iron Skillet Restaurant which is one of the best one's I've been to. It's a pretty big place. Lots of gifts and accessories.

Wendy's is always a good Go-To...

Went in around 1:30 AM and was pleasantly surprised to see they were open. From all us truck drivers THANK YOU!! We don't have normal business hours and thank goodness y'all value our needs.
