SRM Concrete

I called them early in the morning (along with about 10 other concrete yards) asking them if it would be possible to get a truck later today. They said it might be tough but they put me on a will-call list around noon. Noon came and went, no call, but I reached out to them and initially they were not going to be able to do it. About 20 minutes later, they did call back and said they could do it... I was ecstatic! Driver arrived around the time they said he would, he dropped the concrete, knew what he was doing and worked around my 2 finishers even though they had never met each other before they seemed to know the 'language' and steps. He cleaned up and explained the process to me (an ignorant home owner who now has a little more insight), and he was on his way. Their prices were very reasonable (remember, I called 10+ concrete yards around NW Ohio) and according to my finishers the concrete was good. So far, I am happy. Would use them again and I would recommend them also! Obviously they did not finish the concrete but I think it turned out great! I'm waiting 2 full weeks before even walking on it but I am very eager to start framing.

I told them that I'm diabetic and they made me eat a cookie and had terrible service regarding my concrete needs. They don't listen and don't have any empathy towards my particular situation. Go somewhere else with your business, SRM isn't worth your time and money.

Tried to get assistance and they made fun of me for being autistic.
