This place is fantastic! I was so worried. My MacBook Pro was running really hot after I installed Sonoma. He took a look at it took it apart. Made sure it was clean. Checked everything and got it running great I will definitely go back with any other problems. Highly recommend

Had an urgent repair on a very expensive computer and they knocked it out of the park! In less than 24 hours from my initial call they had special ordered the part and installed it in my computer. Im usually skeptical about "Mac Repair" companies but this one is too legit to quit.

My macbook pro screen was dropped and had internal damage. Sedrick was able to order the parts on Monday and I had my screen replaced by Friday for $400, He recommended the generic screen (no apple logo) which saved me some money and it works and looks great! Thank you

Highly recommend. They really came through for me in a tough situation. Broke my older MacBook Pro Screen that I rely on for work everyday. The Apple Store would have taken over a week to get the repair done. Miraculously Longmont Mac Repair had the screen part in stock and got it repaired within an hour. I was back to editing that night. Not only do they do great work, but the guys are super cool and understanding. This place rules.

Wonderful experience! I brought my 1st generation iPad mini in for a screen replacement. I had it back within 24 hours. Polite, professional and affordable. Will definitely come here again.

Derek is GREAT! I was sent here by the Geek Squad, Derek looked at my computer and knew the part I needed. He was able to order it and install it sooner than I expected...AND he thankfully saved me from buying a new computer!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND MAC REPAIR.

I took an HP laptop in on Friday, and they called 3 hours later to pick up Saturday. Very quick diagnosis.

After scouring Google for local Mac repair shops and reading reviews, I chose to check out Longmont Mac Repair. They had the correct battery in stock and said they could get it done without having to send my macbook somewhere else. A huge shout out to Cedric! He was able to get my battery swapped out on my MacBook Pro same day AND in a little less than 2 hours!!!! I am beyond thankful!!!

They did a great job fixing the battery on my MacBook Air. Less than 24 hr turnover, excellent attention to detail and customer service, they communicated with me and were upfront about all costs and work they did/how much it would cost if they fixed it (no hidden fees or tricky stuff at the end). Can't thank this store enough! I was having all sorts of problems with my MacBook and the employees were able to restore it and get it fixed up good as new. Very reasonable prices and they were quick to get my laptop fixed. So glad I took my laptop here, and now it's working like normal again!

I have worked on and maintained my own Mac devices for years. Recently I had a problem that I could not address on my own. It was so great to find these guys in the middle of a work week, having a Mac go down for the count. Josh is extremely knowledgeable about Macs; he presented a very reasonable, appropriate repair plan, answered my dozens of questions about the repair, followed up with me at various stages as needed, and was really friendly and professional. When I was waiting in line to pick up my Mac, Josh was helping an elderly woman who needed advice on choosing a second Apple device for her needs. I appreciated how respectful he was and how he really listened to what she was saying, and how he then made recommendations really tailored to her situation. Through my own experience and through observing Josh helping someone else entirely different, I felt that I got a great window into the professionalism and integrity of this business owner. My livelihood depends upon my Mac world running efficiently, and now I'm so glad to have Josh and his crew as a resource!

Called close to closing time because my phone wouldn’t turn on. They were able to see me right away and did diagnostics on my phone quickly. Highly recommend. Seemed very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

I had the misfortune of washing my sheets and pillowcases along with my iPhone. I took it right away to Longmont Mac Repair at the recommendation of a friend. They were extremely helpful and assisted me right away. I had work related data on the phone that wasn't backed up (my mistake) and they were very understanding about my stress level. They let me know it was unlikely my phone would ever work, but they took it apart, dried it professionally, and sent it to a recovery specialist. It took some time, but I recently got a memory stick back with all my information. They were SO helpful and always available for me and my questions. I would highly recommend their services for any type of computer repair or issue. Friendly, helpful, empathic, and knowledgable staff. The best! Came through in a major way for me, when I thought for sure there was nothing to be done. So glad I went to them.

Absolutely recommend! Don’t even go anywhere else but here. Came in for my MacBook Pro 13 2012 trackpad to be replaced. The fellas were attentive, genuine and fast. Didn’t give me the whole work around like most repair shops do. Just straight to the point with the service. Was able to pay for the service drop off the laptop and in 1 hour it was ready. Will be coming here for the future for any repairs, never going back to Ubreakifixit place again.

Wow! I walked in after having been told by TMobile I had a $279 repair in front of me so I thought I would get a second opinion from Mac Repair in Longmont. Josh greeted me and was full of information and I agreed to have my phone repaired for the problem that Tmobile had diagnosed. I came back an hour later and Josh explained that it was a simple peek inside and a resetting of components. It works great!!!! Josh handed it back as a "No Charge"!!! This is the kind of local service that I appreciate. Mac Repair will be our "go to" repair shop for our family needs!! Thank you so much Josh for your friendliness and making my Saturday so much better so quickly!!!!

I had a great experience with the team. Friendly, responsive, knowledgeable. They did a great job explaining what was wrong and how to fix it myself in the future. I always felt they were focused on the problem and not trying to get me to spend a bunch of money on repairs. I have no reason to go anywhere else in the future and it's great to support a local business. I trust these guys much more than Apple or Microsoft.

Really excellent experience! Brought in my MacBook Pro with a suspected busted connecting cable. They diagnosed it quickly (it was the cable!) and had it fixed just as quickly. In fact, it would have been even faster, but they had just run out of the part they needed. Knowledgeable, attentive, and kind staff, no games played, reasonably priced, no pretentious hipsters. I will definitely be back with any Mac issues I have from now on. If you're in Boulder, its worth the drive.

Brought out my Macbook pro with a hard drive failure. The guys at Longmont Mac Repair got the computer back to me within 24 hours. They recovered my data, loaded the OS and installed a new faster hard drive for a good price. Excellent service and patient with ?s. Could have gone to Boulder or Denver, these guys are worth the trip!

I had an emergency where my 2010 Mac Pro wouldn't power on, and they were able to fix it by taking it apart and putting it back together. They charge a flat diagnostic fee, but it goes toward any repairs so if it turns out to be only a matter of labor, the diagnostics already paid for it. I'll be sure to bring this computer back if I have trouble with it, and I highly recommend them if you have issues of your own.
