I cannot say enough good things about this place. Brandon was extremely communicative and responsive before I even arrived at the dealership. I drove from Crested Butte to the dealership and do not regret it. Brandon had the vehicle parked out front upon my arrival and I was able to test drive it immediately. Once I decided to purchase, he patiently walked me through the process, and I was out of there shortly with my new Xterra! Initially I was very stressed about needing to purchase a new vehicle however this process could not have been smoother. I would highly recommend Victory Motors for your next purchase. Great experience acquiring my used car. Fair price on a rare vehicle. Excellent communication via texting to get info & a solid final $ amount. A phone call answered all the complicated questions. Price online included dealer handling fee, so no surprises at final negotiations. Honest about a couple of imperfections I didn't notice. Passed emissions with flying colors. So I went to Victory Motors to look at cars and what was comfortable to fit in being a big guy.
We were blessed to get Joel as our salesperson. He spent alot of time with different cars. He brought up the Toyota Sienna and it was great. One owner, clean carfax, nice looking. I needed something to get much better gas milage. Joel worked with us got us all set better then we thought and we drove out in our new car.

As we were leaving, his Co worker noticed I was admiring a Darth Vader Helmet they had. Joel's co-worker brought out the helmet and gave ot to us. This incredible customer service.

Victory Motors is awesome. My husband and I drove an hour to test drive a Tahoe. The car was ready when we got there and was super clean. The car was well priced and the the purchase was a breeze. Big shout out to Brandon who puts the customer back in customer service!

We test drove a car at Victory that had an engine warning light. We wanted to buy the car but we wanted them to fix the issue. They agreed and proceeded to fix the issue, so we bought the car. A few days after purchasing the car, the warning light came back on, so we took the car back. They quickly agreed to fix it, and after trying many things, they came to the conclusion that the car needed a new engine. They offered to buy the car back, treating us with honesty and respect. We ended up finding another car in the Victory inventory and bought it yesterday. Matt and Brandon were great to work with and this lot always has a ton of cars to choose from. Great experience!
